This Condo is in a nice location and my family and I rented it for a week however in most VRBO or Airbnb hosts are super friendly and get back to you quickly. This was not the case in this rental. The house sounded like an AI generated response Every time I wrote them. My family arrived a day late which I knew was obviously our fault and had some hiccups in our travel plans but the most disgusting part about this place is that it was thrown together. It it was not cleaned at all Of course it’s Pet friendly, so I understand. Some Hair and some dirt, but even the floors were not vacuumed. The entire house had sand and people Hair everywhere. Every bed had dirt in it and smelt gross. I took pictures, sent it all to the host and asked even for compensation and got some AI generated response We’re sorry Will send someone to clean it. My family had just drove 16 hours to get there and our pets were in the house and they wanted to come clean it while we were there. At that point, I had already cleaned most of the house and did the bed linen. I never received any kind of compensation I was frustrated I didn’t need my elderly parents and my animals to deal with someone coming in and cleaning a house That should’ve already been done so I did not let them at that point. I do not recommend this Company or this place because if you have a problem, they will not communicate like a human, and they are very Unclean.
