An unpleasant experience at all, I do not recommend the place with an unpleasant host

We arrived at a warm house with no air conditioning, no water flow in the taps, no hot water in the shower and no flow, it was not possible to take a shower, bad internet, no reception on mobile phones, according to the pictures the house is on the lake, when in reality it is very far away and requires a 15 minute drive by car. to the owner of the apartment, but nothing was done about it. The owner of the apartment was not ready to meet us and not help in any way, he was not there at all, he sent someone in his place who did not speak English and it was impossible to communicate with him. I would not recommend the apartment at all nor the owner of the apartment who did not even try to help us and return us even half of the money In the end we rented another apartment for the same price and so it turned out that we paid double the entire stay in the place

Erholung pur!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer atemberaubenden Umgebung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend. Die Unterkunft war toll und absolut sauber. Einzig die Hitze machte uns ohne Klimaanlage zu schaffen.Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend. Es war genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Es war auch ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Garten war ausreichend groß und durch Bäume beschattet, sodaß man dort gut relaxen konnte. Für den Hund war es auch optimal, da er sich aussuchen konnte, ob er den Schatten oder die Sonne wählt. Durch die Hitze (35C°) musste man abends durchlüften, was die Stechmücken als Einladung sahen. Von diesen gab es genug. Einziges Manko: fehlende Klimaanlage/Mückengitter für Fenster und Türen. Reihenmittelhaus mit tollem Ausblick und genug Platz

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit am Gardasee. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet genug Platz. Man kommt direkt in einen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie Küche mit Zugang zum schönen Garten, der wiederum zum Entspannen und Grillen einlädt. Im Obergeschoss gibt es 3 Doppelbettzimmer und ein Badezimmer (nur mit Badewanne, im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche). In der Garage befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf dem Berg, was ein tollen Ausblick bietet, man aber definitiv ein Auto braucht. Genug Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Wir waren im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden, nur muss man erwähnen, dass sich das Haus sehr aufwärmt und es wirklich sehr warm wird. Vorallem im Obergeschoss und nachts war es so warm, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Hier wären an den Fenstern Moskitonetze super sinnvoll, denn dann könnte man mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Das wäre aber die einzige Anmerkung. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit Markus super, er war immer erreichbar, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten problemlos ein- und auschecken dank Vincenzo. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub am Gardasee :)

Sehr zu empfehlen

Alles war schön und sauber. Der einzige Punkt den man negativ auslegen könnte, ist dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist um irgendwo hinzukommen. Aber ansonsten kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, modernes, geräumiges Haus, hundefreundlich

Planung: sehr netter Kontakt, flexible An- und Abreisetage. So konnten wir die Stoßzeiten des Ferienverkehrs gut vermeiden. Ausstattung: sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr neue Geräte (Küche, Waschmaschine, TV, Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd); ein renoviertes modernes Bad und ein großes, gut gepflegtes, etwas älteres Bad. Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Gewürze, Geschirr in mehr als ausreichender Anzahl, Töpfe, Pfannen, Bialetti, Siebträgermaschine, Essig, Olivenöl usw. Zimmer: drei große, helle Zimmer mit Schlafplätzen für jeweils zwei Erwachsene Garten: moderner Holzgrill, schattige Sitzplätze, Sonnenliegen, komplett eingezäunt, was für unseren Golden Retriever natürlich super war. Ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt wurden Volleyball, Federball, Spiele (Schach, Ubongo, Double), Malsachen, Nähutensilien WLAN: für italienische Verhältnisse (und ich spreche aus jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung) sehr stabil und schnell, sodass unsere zwei Teenager sogar gleichzeitig streamen konnten. Zwischen 20 und 22 Uhr ist es immer etwas wackelig, aber das liegt nicht am Vermieter :-) Umgebung: 5 Minuten bergauf vom See. Supermarkt in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bäcker/Tante-Emma-Laden drei Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt von der Haustür aus verschiedene (teils anspruchsvolle) Wanderungen möglich. Hundestrand ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen mit ausreichend Parkplätzen (kostenpflichtig 7,50 pro Tag) Alles in allem ein Volltreffer für uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und Hund)
