Other than not seeing in the listing it was a third floor with no elevator it was great

We loved our stay and would absolutely love to come back. From honoring late checkout, to proactive communication, to everything being as described and shown in the pictures/communications, we feel like we really lucked out with this stay. The only watch-out for other guests is that the property is a third floor walk up so if you are traveling with someone with bad knees or little legs, you may reconsider. (Truthfully, our group loved the extra steps and movement!) But the beach is right there, the pool is clean, large and accessible and the property itself is in the center of everything, yet easy to navigate.Thanks for a great experience in Surf City! See you soon!

Jill, beach steps away, a clean oversized pool, and everything sitting right at the center of town is a combination that is hard to beat. The proactive communication and late checkout clearly let your group settle in and stay relaxed throughout. Anyone looking for an easy coastal base with real walkability will feel right at home here.
