We would highly recommend staying at this condo. The owners took great care in making sure it was well equipped - from the kitchen supplies, to the starter kit, to the strategically located charging stations throughout the unit. They made very good use of the space and it was decorated nicely - felt like someone’s home, not a rental unit. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean upon arrival. We look forward to staying here again.

This place was magical. It was right on the beach and the view was amazing. Our family had a wonderful weekend. The host was available and responded quickly. The condo was fully furnished which made the stay even better. We will definintly book this one again in the future!

This was one of the best-equipped vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. It was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully stocked with all the little extras, and truly felt like a home rather than a typical rental.Check-in was simple, and the owner was prompt, responsive, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location was perfect, with easy beach access (no long trek through deep sand), plenty of seating at the pool, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The condo was surprisingly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. We also appreciated the new washer and dryer and the clearly labeled switches—it’s obvious the owners have put a lot of thought into the guest experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly, highly recommend it!

Our stay here was great! We had three young children with us under age 6. The kids room was perfect for my two bigger kids and the master bedroom had more than enough room to also set up the baby's packnplay. The condo was clean and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals, there was plenty of towels for the bathrooms, and it was decorated in a cute ocean theme which the kids loved.The hosts were flexible and accommodating when we needed to switch our travel days around and they were helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. We enjoyed St Regis and the pool/ocean! We come every year and would love to stay in this unit again for future visits.

Family vacation

We had a great time at this condo. It was exactly what the pictures showed and great for a family of 5. Our 3 children for very comfortably in a kid friend room! We would defintely come back and stay at this location!

Great property in perfect location!

The condo is very spacious. Had an adult couple, two over 20 males and girl 7. Plenty of room for all. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need. Balcony views are beautiful. Short walk to the pool and beach. Communication was quick with hosts. Had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Honestly, I couldn’t say nicer things about this condo and the owners Roger and Audrey. If I had any questions or issues they were there to help right away. My best friend and I took 5 teenage girls there - for my daughter’s 17th birthday celebration and it was magical! All 5 girls fit snugly into the guest room (including D 1 athletes) but also one night 3 of us slept in the king bed comfortably. Can’t wait to get back! Also, St. Regis might look more fun down than the Villas at Capriani, but Roger and Audrey clearly put a great deal of thought and resources into updating their condo. It is truly like walking into a beach paradise, so bright and cheerful and homey. Thanks again Roger and Audrey for sharing your home away from home with us and we will be sure to be back as soon as possible!

Staying here, we didn’t have to “check-in”, you went to the room number and enter the code that’s given to you the day before check-in. It was super simple. The room was clean with a great view of the ocean, you couldn’t really see the sand part, but the ocean was enough for me.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean-view condo with our family of five! There was plenty of space for everyone, and the condo was exceptionally clean, organized, and beautifully decorated with a relaxing coastal theme that made us feel right at home.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, including all the cookware and appliances. There were more than enough towels and washcloths for our family. One of my favorite perks was the gorgeous vanity area, which was perfect for getting ready and of course the breathtaking morning sunrise views from the balcony!The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. As frequent travelers, we’ve stayed in many different places, and this one absolutely stands out. We can’t recommend this condo enough and would happily stay here again!

The condo was excellent and well stocked with items needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing and I spent a lot of time relaxing there and enjoying the view. St. Regis was very family friendly and provided many activities for the whole family on the property, such as a wonderful pool with ample lounge chairs, a playground, a fitness room, an arcade, a basketball court, a restaurant and ice cream shop. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation stay.
