Security

For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, including entrances, driveway, backyard, and pool areas.

Maximum occupancy applies. Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Maximum Occupancy
– 16 guests total (adults + children). Day visitors must be pre-approved.
– No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding occupancy limit.

Check-in & Check-out
– Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
– Early check-in or late check-out available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

No Smoking / No Vaping
– Strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises. $500 fine + actual cleaning/damage costs will apply.

PET POLICY:
* One pet is allowed per reservation. A $200 fee applies per pet.
* Any undisclosed pet will result in a $300 fee.
* Pets are not allowed on furniture. Excessive pet hair found on furniture will incur additional cleaning fees.


Quiet Hours
– 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily. Please respect neighbors (noise-aware community).

Security Cameras
– Exterior cameras (front driveway, front doorbell, backyard) are active for security and compliance. No indoor cameras in living spaces.

Parking
– 8 vehicles maximum (2 inside garage, 2 in driveway) each house. No street parking overnight.

Pool & Outdoor Areas
– Pool hours: 8 AM – 10 PM. No glass containers. Children must be supervised at all times.

Housekeeping & Linens
– High-end linens, towels, and hotel-collection bath products provided.
– Please start dishwasher and place used towels in the laundry room before departure.

Trash & Recycling
– Bins are located in the garage/alley. Please take trash out on designated days (calendar provided at check-in).

Damage & Missing Items
– Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items. Minor accidents happen—just let us know immediately.

Lost & Found
– We are not responsible for lost items, but happy to ship anything left behind (shipping + $25 handling fee).

Thermostat
– Please keep between 68–74°F when away to protect the home and keep utilities reasonable.

Emergency & Maintenance
– 24/7 emergency contact provided at check-in. For non-emergencies, message us via the platform.
