A beautiful large pool with a hot tub, (extra charge for heating ) large kitchen for entertaining, 2 living rooms, office, laundry room, 5 bedrooms and 4.5 half paths.

This beautiful pool home is 5 minutes to downtown tampa, 20 minutes the beaches , 20 minutes to st pete , 30 minutes to clearwater, 10 minutes to tampa international airport and 5 minutes to all dining and shopping and tampa nightlife.

The property was perfect for our trip. We had family together for a wedding and we were able all to stay together. We also enjoyed the pool. This is a nice property if you have a large gathering and Davis Islands is a great location if you are staying in Tampa and want a quieter location.

This place was very enjoyable, spacious, and great location! Host was very good with communication. Would definitely recommend. Absolutely, do not expect to host any large gatherings. Neighbors are very sensitive.

The sailboat crew stayed here for Davis Island Winter Regatta and it was a spacious, clean and extremely convenient spot for us!

The property was everything that was shown in the listing. The pool was great for relaxing after a long day of visiting Tampa sites. The neighborhood is very quiet, which contributes to the relaxing atmosphere. There was a small grocery store, liquor store and restaurants about 5 minutes away by car, and it was about 20 minutes to Ybor City.

Overall - our experience was poor staying here. The large bunk room smelled so strongly of mold/mildew that we were not able to sleep in it and with a large group, that made for a mess in trying to re-figure sleeping arrangements. Although the rental company claims those are queen beds, I've never seen a queen bed that small so perhaps we have different definitions. Plan for all full beds if you stay here. In addition, there were no hand towels in any of the bathrooms, no wash cloths, no paper towels or kitchen towels and only one spare roll of TP in each of the bathrooms. They did have some delivered after we notified them thankfully. The hall shower had no hot water. The electricity wasn't wired correctly in one of the bedrooms so we had to choose between sleeping with no fan or leaving the bathroom light on all night. The pool was very dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. We killed several roaches while there. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the dining room. Communication with the host was a challenge. When we asked ahead of our stay about parking, they instead accused us of wanting to host a party. I clarified that we were only having the people who were staying there - they kept telling us we can't host a party. Had to ask 2 more times about parking before we could get an answer. Difficult to communicate with and felt like I was being gaslighted when I told them about issues. Would not stay here again.
