The complex seems to be recently constructed as nearly everything on the property appears to be unused or very new. The location provides solid options for places to eat, including ma and pa and chain fast food and sit-down restaurants. The surrounding amenities at complex are absolutely outstanding. The workout room has all of the equipment to do complete full workout, including cardio. The pool area was similar to a high end resort; nice deck chairs in the water and on the deck for a comfortable relaxing time in the sun. The BBQ's are near the gazebos and were clean and perfect for our cooking needs. Corn hole near the pool was fun and an outstanding pickle ball court that seems to be not used very often. The entire landscape around property is kept very well. We felt safe walking the grounds and enjoyed the amenities. The unit itself was kept up very well and all of the towels, soap, lotion, were made available. Updated appliances and with luxury plank flooring were perfect. The closest are massive. While we didn't need it, the futon in the living room flips into a bed. The down side to the unit is the furniture....ugh!! The furniture is very undersized. For example, the single bed in the guest room was so small as my son's feet hung over the edge. The double bed in the main bedroom was the same. The living room furniture was too small and all of the numbers/letters to assist with assembly were still on the furniture. Change the furniture and this place is an easy 10
