My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Scott was absolutely amazing to communicate with from start to finish. He graciously allowed us an early check in which was heaven sent after a very long drive. The location was ideal- close to the beach, shopping and restaurants, but still quiet and relaxing. There was plenty of room for everyone around the living room and at the dining table. You will not be disappointed with your stay if you book C402!

Great location and comfortable stay

We came in from Arkansas and had a great stay at the Alerio C402. Management was very responsive and let us add another night to our stay. We definitely would stay here again.

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay! The Condo was very clean and just as pictured. Very convenient as it close to the beach and has a great pool area. The owners were very professional and also checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. I will definitely be staying again!

Family memories

We made wonderful memories here. The pool was nice, beds great, location perfect. Short walk to the beach where you can find tucker and have him drill you out a hole for an umbrella and rent some chairs. Perfect spot for a vacation!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had all of the essentials. We appreciated the mini bag of cleaning supplies for the kitchen. Just a short walk from the beach, it was a very nice family friendly location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family condo!

The location was perfect and convenient for us. Great restaurants nearby and beach across the street! Condo was a perfect size for us with kids having their own room. Patio had nice furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee. Definitely going back!

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Extra large sectional and large table for everyone to spread out. Owners were excellent to rent from and always responded quickly. Outdoor couch was great for relaxing in the evenings. Excellent location for beach, just a short walk. We were also able to walk to The surf hut and Alvin’s island.

Beautiful place and great location.

This is a great place! The kitchen is stocked very well for cooking and having the beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys is very helpful. I feel like the pictures and description of the unit is spot on. Definitely hoping to come back again and we will rent this place if it’s available.
