Beautiful beaches, beautiful time

Clean, attractive condo. Good location near restaurants, etc and excellent access to the music festival we attended. Price reasonable. Negatives: Bed way too soft for our taste. Some traffic noise with doors open. Overall pleased with our experience.

There was lots of sand in floor when we arrived,also i had to tighten globe on ceiling fan because it was shaking and about to fall off and put both shower doors back on their rails. The condo was in average condition ... looks as it does in pics but some stains on carpet,furniture, couch bar stools. Otherwise, the unit was clean and comfortable. My biggest complaint is the property management and staff. The manager was not at all friendly-borderline rude. The staff not friendly at all. We have stayed in numerous beach condos and were really surprised at the poor service. The condo itself is a good value, but once you get there you are on your own and can expect poor and unfriendly service.

Beach vacation

Overall this property was decent. We loved having two king beds since we do not have children, and there were just two couples. It is usually difficult to find a property that doesn’t have twin beds or bunk beds. The beds were not exactly comfortable and could use an update. My only other complaint were the bathrooms. The old metal shower doors would either fall off completely or not slide at all. A simple shower curtain would have been much better. The upgraded kitchen and living room space was very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental has an amazing view but is low to the street and you can hear the traffic over the waves. The floor of the unit was sandy. Sand toys were in the closet above the clothing rack; when I touched it, a large amount of sand came crashing down on my clothes and bag below. The dishes needed to be recleaned, as they were not cleaned well. Most likely this is due to the sponge that was provided not having a scouring side, making it impossible to really clean dishes. The quality of cookware was cheap and over used. The one thing I needed was missing and that was a Keurig, had I known they didn’t have one I would have brought my own. To top it off, Walmart ran out of coffee filter liners. I called and emailed the management office and got a response two days later that it was the owners responsibility to stock it. The mattress were terrible and the sheets were even worst (with over used fabric balls.) The linens need to be replaced. Lightbulb was burnt out upon arrival and cleaning supplies was left on the cocktail table. Show pillows were stained. Then, as we were packing up to go, the cleaning lady came a half hour early to find make sure we got out by ten. The office called as well. To bad that focus to detail was not spent on cleaning the unit properly and responding to my complaint. Plus, the free entertainment ticket is not available for anything you want. I tried several times to book tickets, but I got the same response, it should come with a free ticket but your company that your staying with has additional restrictions. That was a waste of time. This was my first experience with VBO. I thought I was paying more for some luxuries, but my fiend down the street paid a lot less and had better quality. So basically, you are paying for the view...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. We had an issue with the air not as cold as we would have liked. The toilet had issues as well and the refrigerator seemed warm too. The vacation was fun and the place is perfect for to shopping, beach, and restaurants.

We are very pleased with where we stayed! No complaints at all.

We would suggest this property to anyone. It was very clean and beautiful. Had everything we needed. Had things we didn't even think of bringing. Our family was very pleased and we will be staying there again. Thank you so much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is great, awesome view, perfect location, exactly as advertised. I only have two complaints. The shower heads shoot water everywhere and are very old, both could be easily fixed for under $50. The other was the real housewives of destin next to us that kept accusing us of smoking when none of us smoke, it got to the point that they where reaching there cell phones over the wall to record us sitting on the porch in hope they would catch us doing it. Hard to relax when your neighbors are recording you, so just be aware that there may be that type of entitled personality’s next to you, but that comes with a lot of nice places. Otherwise we will definitely stay here again, just hopefully with different neighbors next time

Great condo!

Plenty of parking with the parking garage. Fast elevators. Loved it!
