Summit 513 is a 5th floor beach view unit situated in the highly-coveted Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Summit 513 is roughly a .2 mile short walk to the beach in the private resort. The kitchen is freshly renovated with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, resurfaced cabinets, and granite countertops. The laundry room, with the convenience of a new washer and dryer, can be found in the kitchen as well. The living room boasts those gorgeous peek-a-boo beach views and has a flat screen HDTV, sleeper sofa, loveseat, and oversized armchair.


Just down the hallway, the master bedroom features a luxurious new king-size bed, closet, flat screen HDTV, and private bathroom. You can wake up every morning to see and hear those crashing waves from your private balcony. At the opposite end of the hall, there is the guest bedroom with 2 comfy twin beds and a flat screen HDTV. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo and newly installed marbled countertops.
