Tucked along the quiet shoreline in Benton, this lakefront home offers something rare; complete serenity on the water, just minutes from some of the area’s most sought-after wedding and event venues.

Located only 6 minutes from Sainte Terre, 14 minutes from The Wedding Chapel at Bellevue, and 13 minutes from Los Paloma Sporting Range and Event Center, this home has quickly become an ideal gathering place for wedding parties, extended family, and event weekends. Yet despite its convenience, the setting feels peaceful, private, and worlds away from the rush.

And when you do want to venture out, North Bossier’s best shopping, restaurants, and the area’s nearest hospital are just 20 minutes away.

From the moment you step inside, the lake draws your attention. Large picture windows frame the water and fill the open living, dining, and kitchen space with natural light. The main floor primary suite was designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. Spacious and private, it includes two full bathrooms connected to the suite; one fully private ensuite and another accessible from both the bedroom and main living area. This thoughtful setup works beautifully for bridal prep, extended stays, or hosting family with ease.
Large closets and ample space to hang dresses, tuxedos, or event attire make getting ready here seamless and relaxed. A generous laundry and staging area on the first floor adds even more convenience during busy event weekends.

Upstairs, there’s room for everyone to spread out. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds provide comfortable accommodations, while a private workspace overlooking the lake offers a quiet corner for catching up on emails or planning the next day’s events. The upstairs game room can be a bedroom of it's own and adds a fun, relaxed energy to the home. A full-size pool table, large TV, twin-over-full bunk, and additional sleeper sofa create the perfect retreat for younger guests... or the young at heart. It’s an ideal balance: adults can gather downstairs while kids enjoy their own space above.

One of the most practical and often overlooked advantages of this property is the parking. The home offers ample on-site parking, along with additional overflow parking directly across the street. For wedding parties coordinating multiple vehicles, family members, or vendors, this is a true asset.

Guest access
The entire home and property to the right is yours to use and enjoy with the exception of some owners closets and a few private cabinets. The waterfront, dock, and boat slip is included with your stay, but only accessible with a signed waiver signed immediately after booking.

Other things to note
This property includes two homes that share a single driveway entrance, but each home is completely separate and private. The other home is occupied by the owners.

For your stay at Lakefront Retreat, you will find your home to the right, and your 2 covered parking spaces immediately to the left of your home’s main entry door. There is additional parking directly behind that space, as well as two more spots in front of the garage doors located to the right side of the driveway.

If you are traveling with multiple vehicles, boat trailers, or need overflow parking for a wedding weekend, please reach out in advance and we’ll be happy to provide additional parking guidance. To keep access clear for everyone, please do not block the circular portion of the driveway.

Please note that while the primary suite is located on the main floor, all other bedrooms; including the upstairs game room, are accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator on the property. Guests with mobility limitations who are not staying in the main-level primary suite may find the layout challenging.

For the comfort of guests with allergies or sensitivities, this is a strictly pet-free home and smoke free property. No pets have been permitted inside, as we work intentionally to maintain a clean and allergy-conscious environment.

For safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed and positioned to monitor outdoor areas only, including the driveway and entry points. There are NO cameras inside the home.
