This property was very clean and comfortable. We loved the view from our balcony. I would highly recommend this condo. The only suggestions I would make is a new door keyless entry and definitely a new washer and dryer. It took so long to do one load of clothes. ( Like 3 hours just to wash them) and because it was a washer/ dryer combo, the clothes never really were dry. It was frustrating with a family of four. Thank you for letting us share your condo for the week!

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
This property is old. No elevator! So if you stay on the 3rd floor....be ready for a serious workout daily. The listing makes it look pristine. But its old. Bring extra surge protects...outlets in the master bedroom are not in convenient location....Luckily I had my surger strip with a 6ft plug. You are paying for the beach access. The day before we left the beach was closed for an ongoing beach refreshment project. I knew this was going on in other parts of Myrtle Beach but didnt realize we would be impacted this weekend....4th of July weekend . Surfside Realty made it seem like I should have been tracking the project progress myself. I beg to differ. But thats ok...You live and you learn... Once again....this place is old,but it is right on the beach.
