This two bedroom, two bath, sand in your toes oceanfront condo is just right. Located on the fourth floor of a rare totally concrete and steel building . It is virtually soundproof !!.Rents SATURDAY TO SATURDAY NORMALLY.. With a large master bedroom, featuring a queen bed and private bath, and a guest room with two single beds, it's the perfect fit for a family of four. The owners make sure it's always updated, clean, and well kept. The living room has a brand new full size couch, perfect as a sleeper for a fifth guest, , and a new fold up roll away cot perfect for a small child if you'd like to fit your party of six. Owners insisted on wall to wall tile throughout the entire floor space for cleanliness.

The full kitchen and dining area seat six, and comes equipped with everything you'll need to pack a simple lunch for the beach, or cook a gourmet dinner for your guests. With standard self cleaning oven, four burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator, the decision to eat in is easy, and saves on eating out every night. You'll find all the utensils, plates, and cookware you'll need included.

Condo has a stackable washer and dryer in the unit, ironing board w/ iron, central a/c, flat screen tv's in the living room, hall bedroom, and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in every room, it's always comfortable. And yes it is Wi Fi ready.

Enjoy the sun from the balcony in the day, or a nice cocktail at sunset on the balcony with a view to die for. ' It's like the ocean is coming right into the building'. Watch fireworks nightly from as far away as the eye can see. Maybe just relax with a good book and listen to the surf, or just let time slip by.. The choice is yours.

The rental includes two parking spaces, an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool, and a kiddie pool. The huge sun deck is perfect for those who want to keep the sand out of their bathing suits. There's also a tiki bar with a menu of hot foods and cool drinks sure to please everyone. Three elevators and 24 hour security to make sure your vacation goes smoothly.

We're perfectly situated between Surfside Beach pier and Garden city pier, so a nice easy walk in either direction offers many options for dining, live music, arcade, amusement rides, pier fishing, or more importantly .. Ice cream. Also just far enough away for all the peace and quiet you'll need. Only a few minutes drive to Murriels Inlet.. Famously known as a haven for its seafood and great beach feel bars with live musicians always ready to put you in a relaxed state.

We chose to buy this condo because of its location. My entire family has always loved the beach. After a long search around all of Myrtle Beach, this area really stuck. Perfect for beach lovers, golf nuts ( that's me ) and kids. Just Perfect... Condo sits on 4th floor. Directly above pool. That makes it easy to look down and communicate with kids on the beach or in the pool. .

What makes this condo unique

The perfect view, the quietness, the proximity to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, and the safe feel for my children to be able to walk alone down to the pier at night made this the PERFECT location for us.

Could have furniture in master bedroom replaced.

Upon arrival I had an issue but called and talked to Dean Rende and he was very understanding and the issue was quickly resolved. We had a very good enjoyable week. My 11 year old granddaughter really enjoyed the beach and indoor pool. The master bedroom furniture could possibly be replaced. Would recommend the unit.

Great place at a great price !

Had a really nice stay in this condo it was my sons 1st beach experience and being right on the water was GREAT !!! It is close enough to all the beach fun and far enough away at you can really relax and enjoy. The condo was as advertised comfortable and had everything you need to have a nice beach trip. I was most excited to have a washer and dryer in the condo as I did laundry almost everyday ! My only worry was no handle in the master bath tub but nothing to keep anyone from having a great beach experience in this condo ! I also have to say that working with the owner Dean was wonderful he was always quick to answer any questions and made my 1st time renting so easy !

Perfect for our needs

The unit was nicely furnished and worked out well for our crew of 6. The location is wonderful and pretty centrally located.

Walking the beach at night we saw lots of cool things such as horseshoe crabs, sea turtle eggs and many other sea creatures.

A note on parking... The parking garage is a max of 6'8" so if you have a larger vehicle or bin for the top you will not fit. We had to remove our luggage bin to be able to park.

Dean was great to work with and was helpful when we ran into a couple of small snafus.

My family of 6 just returned from a week long vacation, that we couldn't wait to begin at this condo. The first misconception was the fact that is was dirty. We left our shoes at the door and within minutes our feet were black. There was paper wrappers left on the floor in the master bedroom, dishes were dirty in the cabinets, and overall it appeared simply run-down. I did not like the fact that we had to rent our towels and linens (never had to do this before at any rented condo) and make up all the beds. The condo said it would sleep 6 but I definitely would not recommend more than 4! The kitchen was a mess of this and that (no pizza pan, barely enough eating utensils, lids didn't match cookware). Several furniture items were broken as was outlets. My family made the best of it by staying at the pool or on the beach. Also, steel/concrete not soundproof! We were awaken the first morning back the sound of a jackhammer because of work being done on the bldg., you could always hear when others turned the water on next door too. There were many leaks throughout the bldg. also and there can be NO pool toys or floats allowed in the pool! Overall, for the price of the condo, I was very upset after I arrived but by then what is a family to do? I always trust these reviews when choosing a condo, just wish my family had not been disappointed!!

Owner's Response: Stacy, I am also disappointed to read your review. I wish you would have at least informed me that you were unhappy when you arrived so I could have had all condo concerns resolved probably Within 12 hours. My condo has been renting weekly since May and this is the very first complaint I've received. I don't think it's very fair to write up a damaging review without ever notifying me of the issues you found. I'm sorry that the cookware didn't have matching tops. It's mostly an oddball set we put together since after each season we have to replace nearly half of the kitchen ware due to renter abuse. Just the way it goes. The sleeping arrangement and beds description is pretty clear in rental description . Again, I wish you had inquired. I would have gladly done whatever needed to make your sleeping a better experience. Anytime a renter calls to say furniture is damaged, I address it immediately .. Again, if I don't know, I can't make you happy. I don't live in Myrtle Beach so am fully unaware of any construction or jackhammers. Again.. If only I knew. I give my renters a choice of bringing their own linens to keep rate a little lower since many travel by car and don't mind an extra bag. If you notice, I make up for this by including departure cleaning fee ( $120.00).. If you research, most condo owners charge extra for this. I guess I could entertain including linens and charging for cleaning. The way I see it , at least now I'm giving my renters an option to save some money. In closing, I will forward your review to my management and as I always do, address any problems immediately upon learning of them. I only wish you had contacted me so I could have tried to avoid such a damaging review. Please try to enjoy the rest of your summer. Dean

Great family getaway

We just recently returned from a week at the condo & already can't wait to go back! The condo was the perfect size for our family of five and was very well equipped. With 3 kids, the tub & washer/dryer were by far our favorite amenities.

We loved the proximity to the beach and that you could view the pool from the balcony. We can't thank you enough for sharing your vacation home with us & will definitely be back!

1) Welcome to Our home. What we want is for you to enjoy your vacation here at Myrtle Beach while staying in our home. So please have fun.
2) We put as much effort, love, blood, sweat and finances available to make our home as nice as possible. Please treat it with respect... Like you would expect someone to treat yours. It means the world to us. Renting our vacation home is extremely stressful for us, but a necessity.
3) PLEASE Have a clear mind. You are now directly on the beach. There is sand and salt EVERYWHERE. Our unit is professionally cleaned after each visitor departs. That being said, as soon as you arrive, you are tracking lots of sand , garage grime, and salt into the unit from the parking garage, the elevator lobby, and the hallways. A good tip is to either remove shoes at door and brush off feet, or give floors a quick sweep every couple of days. ( you'll be amazed at how much sand has been brought in.) 
4) Please do NOT use the bed comforters or blankets as beach blankets. Be considerate and think of the next renter. None of the items from the unit should ever leave the unit. This includes chairs, wine glasses, kitchen accessories , ect. As much as We try , there's nothing worse than a late night call that there's not enough wine glasses... Sorry but it's nearly impossible to stop people from misplacing or losing things. AGAIN,.. Please keep an open mind. Sometimes it's ok to drink wine from a tumbler. My Grandpa always did. And He died a happy man.
5) Please don't sit on furniture with wet clothes.
6) Please be considerate of our neighbors. They mean no harm.. Treat them
