This two bedroom, two bath, sand in your toes oceanfront condo is just right. Located on the fourth floor of a rare totally concrete and steel building . It is virtually soundproof !!.Rents SATURDAY TO SATURDAY NORMALLY.. With a large master bedroom, featuring a queen bed and private bath, and a guest room with two single beds, it's the perfect fit for a family of four. The owners make sure it's always updated, clean, and well kept. The living room has a brand new full size couch, perfect as a sleeper for a fifth guest, , and a new fold up roll away cot perfect for a small child if you'd like to fit your party of six. Owners insisted on wall to wall tile throughout the entire floor space for cleanliness.
The full kitchen and dining area seat six, and comes equipped with everything you'll need to pack a simple lunch for the beach, or cook a gourmet dinner for your guests. With standard self cleaning oven, four burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator, the decision to eat in is easy, and saves on eating out every night. You'll find all the utensils, plates, and cookware you'll need included.
Condo has a stackable washer and dryer in the unit, ironing board w/ iron, central a/c, flat screen tv's in the living room, hall bedroom, and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in every room, it's always comfortable. And yes it is Wi Fi ready.
Enjoy the sun from the balcony in the day, or a nice cocktail at sunset on the balcony with a view to die for. ' It's like the ocean is coming right into the building'. Watch fireworks nightly from as far away as the eye can see. Maybe just relax with a good book and listen to the surf, or just let time slip by.. The choice is yours.
The rental includes two parking spaces, an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool, and a kiddie pool. The huge sun deck is perfect for those who want to keep the sand out of their bathing suits. There's also a tiki bar with a menu of hot foods and cool drinks sure to please everyone. Three elevators and 24 hour security to make sure your vacation goes smoothly.
We're perfectly situated between Surfside Beach pier and Garden city pier, so a nice easy walk in either direction offers many options for dining, live music, arcade, amusement rides, pier fishing, or more importantly .. Ice cream. Also just far enough away for all the peace and quiet you'll need. Only a few minutes drive to Murriels Inlet.. Famously known as a haven for its seafood and great beach feel bars with live musicians always ready to put you in a relaxed state.

We chose to buy this condo because of its location. My entire family has always loved the beach. After a long search around all of Myrtle Beach, this area really stuck. Perfect for beach lovers, golf nuts ( that's me ) and kids. Just Perfect... Condo sits on 4th floor. Directly above pool. That makes it easy to look down and communicate with kids on the beach or in the pool. .
What makes this Condo unique
The perfect view, the quietness, the proximity to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, and the safe feel for my children to be able to walk alone down to the pier at night made this the PERFECT location for us.

great view from balcony
Condo was very clean. Furnishings are a bit tired, but serviceable. Plenty of kitchen utensils etc. You need to bring linens, all towels, dish soap, etc. The complex was very quiet the week we were there.

The rental was small but efficient. The view was fantastic!
Property was as stated and shown. Very quiet, great location convenient to everything- beach, shopping, dining and sights. Parking very easy. Elevators great. Indoor pool fine. Apartment had everything one would need. All appliances and TVs excellent. Would stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in spite of the weather. The location of this property is really great for all the restaurants in Murrell's Inlet and all the golf courses.
You cannot beat the view. The ocean is literately at your door step and the beach is beautiful.
Dean was very helpful if we had any problem. He is a very good host.

I felt very at home. This condo is a great getaway from the stress of life. The view of the ocean is wonderful. It is family friendly with lots to do from walking the beach, swimming in the pools, and hot tub. It was all I expected and more. I have recommended this condo to all my friends and family. I am hoping to go back next year. The owner and his wife are great host. Thank you Dean

Amazing vacation, only made better by this condo. Our family had a great time. This unit was perfect. We had no problems, and Dean was great to deal with. The place was amazingly clean. My one son spilled milk on the kitchen floor, I wiped it up, and the paper towel didn't show any dirt, I was shocked. The kitchen was probably one of the best equipped kitchens we've had in a rental. The pool was great, and the resort itself, was clean. The workers of the resort are constantly around, and you can tell their presence pays off. We even saw one guy leaf blowing the garage to get the sand out. Definitely make sure you sweep a couple times, because it's crazy how fast the sand gets in and gets everywhere. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Beds were extremely comfortable which just added to a great time. Also has a charcoal grill which we used. Another point, if your traveling in an SUV with a roof rack like us, the exit of the parking garage has a handful of units that you can fit in going thru the exit.
Overall, a fantastic unit. If I had to come up with 1 negative, it would just be that the unit needs to be updated. But the cleanliness and comfort of the beds made up for it. Definitely would rent again. Thank you Dean!!

I looked at dozens of condos starting in North Myrtle and going south until I fell in love with this area. My wife and I do our best to make improvements to the condo each year. Walk to either Garden city pier or Surfside Beach pier. Nightly live entertainment, fishing and great restaurants. 15 min drive to Broadway at the Beach and all Myrtle beach attractions. Only a mile from Murriels Inlet and some of the very best seafood on the east coast. Something for everyone in your party.

What we want is for you to enjoy your vacation here at Myrtle Beach while staying in our home. So please have fun. 2) We put as much effort, love, blood, sweat and finances available to make our home as nice as possible. Please treat it with respect... Like you would expect someone to treat yours. It means the world to us. Renting our vacation home is extremely stressful for us, but a necessity. 3) PLEASE Have a clear mind. You are now directly on the beach. There is sand and salt EVERYWHERE. Our unit is professionally cleaned after each visitor departs. That being said, as soon as you arrive, you are tracking lots of sand , garage grime, and salt into the unit from the parking garage, the elevator lobby, and the hallways. A good tip is to either remove shoes at door and brush off feet, or give floors a quick sweep every couple of days. ( you'll be amazed at how much sand has been brought in.) 4) Please do NOT use the bed comforters or blankets as beach blankets. Be considerate and think of the next renter. None of the items from the unit should ever leave the unit. This includes chairs, wine glasses, kitchen accessories , ect. As much as We try , there's nothing worse than a late night call that there's not enough wine glasses... Sorry but it's nearly impossible to stop people from misplacing or losing things. AGAIN,.. Please keep an open mind. Sometimes it's ok to drink wine from a tumbler. My Grandpa always did. And He died a happy man. 5) Please don't sit on furniture with wet clothes. 6) Please be considerate of our neighbors. They mean no harm.. Treat them
