Perfect for small families, couples, business travelers, and even solo adventurers, this modern cabin has 1100 square feet of living space. The two bedrooms can sleep up to five guests comfortably and are stocked with cozy linens, comfortable pillows, and throws for colder nights.



The main bedroom features high ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors, cozy cabin accents, a queen-sized bed with name-brand linens, and locally inspired artwork. There is plenty of storage space in the private closet.



The second bedroom is tucked into a roomy loft area and has a queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed. This cozy space also doubles as the game room with a foosball table, making it the perfect space for a couple and kids.



☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

The home’s single full bathroom is located right off of the living room. It is a mostly white space with earthy accents, a tub/shower combo behind sliding glass doors, and a mirrored vanity with ample storage. The rain shower features, impressive water pressure, and hotel-quality towels make every shower feel like a spa experience.



There is a brand new washer and dryer in the hallway between the master bedroom and bathroom.



☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆

While the home is close to many local restaurants, there may be days when you want to eat at home. On these occasions, the gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook as you do at home. From the stainless steel appliances and expansive counters to the fully stocked drawers and custom cabinets, the chef’s kitchen has it all.



Small kitchen gadgets including numerous pots and pans, a french press, toaster, blender, excellent knives, dishware, glassware, utensils, bakeware, spices, olive oils, vinegar, and cutting boards that make cooking and eating here a breeze. A formal dining area in between the kitchen and living room is a great place to enjoy a family-style meal. Plus, we provide complimentary coffee and tea to help you start your day off right!



The open-concept lounge area is decorated with floor-to-ceiling windows and features comfortable high-end couches and handcrafted accent pieces in front of a remodeled wood fireplace. A 40” flat-screen TV is mounted right above the fireplace, with an Amazon Firestick for streaming on your favorite apps. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room out to the private patio.



☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

Push open the sliding glass doors and blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. The back patio has both sunny and shady spots and is a comfortable place to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day on the water. Bring your coffee and laptop out to the deck, connect to the wifi, and get some work done while enjoying the fresh air.



Throw some meats and veggies on the new gas BBQ and treat the family to a grilled outdoor dinner. The twinkle-lights above and the trees surrounding the deck provide a wonderful backdrop for a romantic evening outdoors. The fenced backyard is an ideal space for your dog to run around.



When you’re ready to venture a bit further, you’ll be happy to find a trailhead to the national forest just a block from the front door. It’s the perfect place for hiking, bird watching, and mountain biking.



Guest Access:

As a guest here, you have the entire Gambrel cabin to yourself. You can park right on the property and will be given a key code to access the lockbox on the front door. You can access all of the rooms and amenities, including the washer and dryer, free Wifi, kids’ equipment, books, games, and local area guides.



This romantic getaway is just minutes from the lake, local grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, parks, and hiking trails. From here you’re in close proximity to the zoo, golf course, and The Village, and a 5-minute drive to the lake.



There is an additional fee of $100 per booking for one dog.

Getting Around:

Ride share programs are very limited and not the most reliable. A vehicle is highly recommended for Bear Valley. A Mountain Trolley on the weekends exist - it's free to ride!



Other Things to Note:

City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be respected at all times. Do not exceed the occupancy limit (5) Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. No parties are allowed. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.



Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
