Rustic Family Cottage with Spectacular Sunset Views on Canal Lake, Near Kawartha Lakes, Ontario

Rustic family cottage on Canal Lake with spectacular sunset views you can enjoy from a large shoreline waterfront. The property is only about 1.5 hrs from the GTA, and is located in a quiet neighborhood.



The cottage has 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 people. Three bedrooms with one King, one queen, and one Bunk Bed. (Picture needs to be updated.) It has an impressively large family room with beautiful views of the lake. The kitchen is spacious and comes fully equipped. There is a large deck for family hangout, facing the water for entertaining.



Kayak and life jackets available.



The cottage is located on a canal lake with direct access to water for water activities and bird/wildlife watching.



Park your boat on our dock or use our kayak to explore the beautiful Canal Lake, which is suitable for fishing and water sports.



The cottage has a large yard, great for outdoor games, and the outdoor pit is a perfect place for you to unwind at the end of the day.

Water is from the well, but filtered and purified, suitable for bathing, drinking, and cooking.

Summer seasonal activities (dock, kayak, large backyear etc): The dock is generally ready for the May 24 long weekend. Kayaks and canoes are available from May to October.



There is a fire ban in the Kawartha region for the month of April. Lighting an outdoor fire at this time will lead to penalties imposed by the city officials.



GUESTS ARE TO TAKE GARBAGE AND RECYCLE BACK WITH THEM AT THE END OF THEIR STAY.
