Make your way to Mammoth Lakes and kick back in style at this cozy condo sitting mere steps from the lifts! With an open-concept layout, the interior of this getaway will be perfect for a ski getaway for two or a small family vacation to the great outdoors. If you feel like having a bit of fun near home base, the shared pools and hot tub can provide a bit of relief from the summer heat or a soothing end to a day on the slopes. There will be no need to worry when mealtimes come around, as the full kitchen has everything needed to whip up tasty meals with ease and the dining table set for four will be just the place to reminisce about the day's adventures. Not to mention, bringing a favorite drink out to the patio will be the perfect cap to a full afternoon of fun.

Centrally located in the Village at Mammoth, there will be no need to venture far when you want to fill your day with mountain fun. The skiers of the group will be glad to know that the lifts are within walking distance of the complex, so they can disappear from sunup to sundown while soaking up the fresh powder. When guests need a break from the excitement, the plethora of delicious restaurants and breweries in the area will make grabbing a bite or refreshing drink a breeze. Come summer, the hiking and biking trails will provide even more fun.

The location was great being next to the brewery and other restaurants, the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals, and the furniture was comfortable.

Summer Get away

Perfectly located condo with plenty of access to everything. Could walk to everything in town with lots of options for restaurants and shops! Great place for a couple to stay

Good location

Condo had pretty much rverything you would need in a good location. Short drive or trolley ride to nearby hikes. Able to walk for food/drinks if desired Downside was it was a bit dirty and they were doing construction on a nearby unit.

Great location!!

I loved that the location of this condo is literally 3 minutes walking distance to the village shopping, dining and even gondola. Super super convenient. The condo is definitely suitable for 2-3 people as space and storage is limited. My husband, 2 year old and myself stayed here and it was definitely snug.

Small but convenient

Due to the massive snow at Mammoth, the place was a maze to find but once situated... Loved the location - walk to Village Gondola. Fantastic. Indoor parking also a big plus. Unit is small but comfortable for 2. Lots of streaming options on tv and wifi. Small but equipped kitchen. Overall a fun stay.

Comfortable and convenient location

2nd stay this season. Great location next to village and indoor parking!! Dishwasher needs to be fixed. Kettle and pots need replacement. Comfortable and relaxing place. Great TV selection. Looks as pictured.

I gave this property a two star due to its location in Mammoth Village and easy walk to the gondola. That's all it got because the sheets on the bed were full of someone else's hair and since no help was immediately forthcoming we had to take all the bedding outside and shake it out ourselves. The was uncomfortable and there were stains and smudges under the walls. One of the kitchen drawers had a baggy of pills in it. Very disappointed and the owners need to get into the unit themselves and "white glove" the place. Terrible for Mammoth Village

Great location!

Amazing location and cozy place. Unfortunately we couldn’t get into the property for about an hour after check in as the code given to get it wasn’t working. They were completely unresponsive so we ended up having to contact VRBO to get a temp code. Took about an hour 1/2.

This was a good space but it's right behind Mammoth Brewery so you have to deal with that loud noise the smell of cooking burgers all day if you open the patio door to cool the condo, or just want to sit outside. The floor and furniture was dirty and worn out. Pool amenity was good and counters/bedroom/bath were clean.

Too expensive for what they offer

Very dirty carpet and rags. Asthma triggered due to dirty and smelly and rags.

LAST PLACE TO RENT IN MAMMOTH

This condo wasn't bad. The bed was way too soft but we made do. Rental condos tend to have firm, supportive beds these days - not here. Heat was a combo of wall unit space heater and floorboard heat. I am amazed that these places have such crude, unworked out heating. It was a 40 minute wait in line to get on the Village Gondola at 9am, so no convenience there.

great location

Fantastic location literally 3 minute walk from Village Gondola. Communication with property manager through VRBO was non existent. Look for email from Vacasa in your spam folder for check in details. I ended up having to call them to get some answers. (also don't use their text/chat option, its useless). Once contact was established everything went really smooth. The place itself is great. Perfect for two. It is on the ground floor so it gets really cold when its really cold outside but thankfully an extra space heater was provided so I managed to warm up the place in no time. Covered parking is an added bonus. FYI for EV drivers - no outlet in the garage unfortunately.

Good location but not clean

Unit had horrible cigarette smoke odor which left me and my partner nauseous our entire stay. Property manager line did not help or remedy despite us reaching out multiple times. There were clothes in the unit from the previous tenants in the bedroom along with multiple stains on the carpet/rugs, and the bathroom was unclean with weird orange/yellow water stains on the walls. The upside to the unit is the location being right in the village however for the price I would not be staying here again.
