This lovely condo at The Bluff is perfect for your next family getaway, offering access to a community swimming pool and hot tub right next door! Spend summer days barbecuing out on the deck, watching the kids splash in the pool next door, and taking in beautiful views of the mountains that surround Sun Valley. You'll also have access to the Elkhorn amenities, which include two more outdoor pools, saunas, and hot tubs. On summer days, you can play tennis and golf with your loved ones; come winter, you can ski the fantastic nearby slopes of Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain.

What's nearby:
Dollar Mountain is a little over a mile west, offering great beginner slopes and a terrain park. For the more advanced skier, Bald Mountain is four miles west. In the summer, when you're not swimming or golfing, you can book a paragliding trip, go mountain biking, or enjoy a nice hike. The local bus system even has a stop at the end of Horseshoe Drive and Elkhorn Road to get you around town with ease. Sun Valley is two miles northwest and downtown Ketchum is three miles west, with much to offer in dining, shopping, and entertainment of all kinds.

Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. Due to construction, there will be no pool or hot tub access during the 2020 and 2021 winter seasons. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.

Great Home Base in Sun Valley

Easy location in and out of Ketchum/Sun Valley. We really enjoyed being close to the pool and hottub at The Bluff. Condo was well appointed and clean.

Comfortable condo in Elkhorn

This condo was very clean, roomy and comfortable with a well equipped modern kitchen. Close to some great SunValley/Elkhorn trails. This was our 2nd visit and we plan to return.

Just right!

We stayed in the condo with our adult son for a Christmas reunion with our Idaho family. We especially appreciated the location on ground floor for loading cross country and downhill ski gear, and that the large outdoor hot tub is close. Nicely decorated and stocked, and quiet during our stay. Would stay here again!

House was great, great amenities, fantastic location. Never got a response from Vacasa when I needed help with Wi-fi, there were dirty socks and trash under the bed, and hot tub key didn’t work

Far superior to two hotel rooms even for just a one night stay.

Note to management the sliding glass door was not locked. Not a problem for us just FYI

Amenities

Very nice room. Everything necessary to be comfortable. However, after a long day of skiing there were no amenity passes in the unit to use the hot tub. In calling Vacasa, getting the passes was not an easy process so we skipped getting them and using the hot tub. This was very disappointing.

Great View

This is an adorable condo and the views can’t be beat. I love the space. However, the bedding (coverlets) were a little dingy and in need of updating, additionally we were not well supplied with linens- there were only two wash clothes in the whole place. I also really struggled with communication with Vacasa- they did not respond to several messages left in the VRBO app- which is where I booked. I had never rented with Vacasa and was wildly disappointed with their customer service. But again- I loved the space!

4018 The Bluffs

Super location, nice size, very clean. We really enjoyed this unit a lot. 12 years of staying in Elkhorn for family visits, thsi unit was great The disappointment was inability to talk with a person on property management for simple fixes. The LG range/stove was not fully installed (ie plugged in). Via suggested text communications to VACASA - we even sent photos of beaker boxes to resolve. It was clear the appliance was not getting power & for two 74 year old customers , we no longer are willing to pull appliance out to confirm our suspicions After several vague text responses from VACASA - we called a local electrician who confirmed our suspicion & plugged the range in. He also fixed” a cabinet door which had pulled loose from its attachment hardware.
