There is seating at the breakfast bar, and the charming dining space is perfect for family-style meals. Comfortable furnishings also await—settle in and watch TV with Netflix streaming as a respite from the heat.

This house is a quick drive or bike ride from Newport Beach and the pier, as well as an assortment of restaurants and shops. More fun awaits a little farther down the Balboa Peninsula at the Balboa Fun Zone, while Huntington Beach is just a short drive away. • Please be aware that there will be construction activity next door during your stay through October 2026. Construction hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We appreciate your understanding, as this is outside of management's and the owner's control.
• Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. Thanks to the coastal location, ocean breezes help keep the home comfortable.
• Streaming services are available using your own accounts.
• A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) applies to all reservations.
• Please note that a washer and dryer are not available at this property.
• While the dock is available for you to enjoy on foot, it is not available for guest boat mooring. During the summer months, the homeowner's friends and family may use the dock on weekends.
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was even nicer than expected and worked perfectly for our bachelorette group of six.A few things to keep in mind: there is only one designated parking space, although my friends had no trouble finding street parking. The apartment does not have air conditioning, and while opening the windows helped, it still felt warm and stuffy at times. We also could not figure out how to run the master-bedroom fan with the light off, so we used a box fan instead.The high water outside occasionally reached the tiled patio, which made our feet wet and dirty when stepping outside. The management company also changed the week before our stay. The new team was responsive, though they did not know the answers to a couple of our questions.Check-in and checkout were easy, and very little cleaning was required. Overall, we had a great stay!

There listing has said laundry and there was no where to do laundry, it had rained a few days before and the patio was flooded so we were not able to use it half of the visit but then it was fixed for us.

Great house in a great location!

We especially loved the patio area with views of the canal -loved watching the paddle boarders and boats go by. The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and nice bedding. Great location with easy walk to the beach, a park, restaurants & shops.

Great location, very peaceful and really enjoy thie stay.

The only shortcomings are the rug needs to be replaced and since I have a Tesla it would’ve been nice to have access to 110 V outlet.
