The semi-detached house “Jöri Hüs 1” offers you one thing above all else—plenty of space! 120 square meters of living space spread over four levels, providing modern accommodations for up to six people under a thatched roof.

Both the uniquely beautiful Nebel beach and the romantic town center of Nebel are within walking distance. The Edeka grocery store, bus stop, bike rental, as well as restaurants and cafés are all conveniently close by. The “Jöri Hüs” is also the perfect starting point for exploring the island of Amrum by bike. You can store your bikes under cover in the garden shed.

The rooms are laid out as follows: A fully equipped kitchen, combined with an open-concept living/dining area and a guest restroom, is located on the first floor. A bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, as well as a single bedroom and a second bathroom, are located on the first floor. In the attic, there is a single bed open to the stairwell. An additional bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom is located in the basement.

Look forward to a relaxing breakfast on your own terrace with garden loungers or to an exciting book in the beach chair in the communal garden with a playground.
