This modern and comfortably furnished two-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the third floor, right on the beach, and features two loggias with a stunning view of Lübeck Bay. The living area features a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a combination oven-microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area for two people. A high-quality sofa bed invites you to relax. A flat-screen smart TV, a micro hi-fi system with an iPod/iPhone dock, a Blu-ray DVD player, and Wi-Fi round out the living room’s amenities. The bedroom features a 160-cm-wide bed at a comfortable height with two separate mattresses (access to one sleeping area is from the foot of the bed). Additional storage space, in addition to the existing cabinets, is available in the bed storage compartment. Adjustable reading lamps by the bed and a flat-screen TV round out the bedroom’s amenities. An exterior roller shutter ensures the room is well darkened. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. The loggias feature garden furniture or a beach chair (1.5-seater) and are adorned with attractive outdoor lighting and plants. Bicycle storage room.
A beach chair on the beach is available free of charge from May 15 to September 15, 25. A washing machine and dryer may be used in the building for a fee.

This is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved dog is welcome! By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Haffkrug. From
October 1 through March 31, you may take your dog to the beach along the entire coastline!! In addition, the “Scharbeutzer Heide” is home to one of the largest fenced-in off-leash areas in all of northern Germany.

The Seetempel house is located right on the beach. The beach is just a few steps away. The spa promenade, with its boutiques and shops, invites you to stroll and linger. The mini-golf course and tennis courts are just a few minutes’ walk away.
