The outdoor seating area was fantastic for eating, playing games and just relaxing. Handily locates for walking to the restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the property.

Pros: We rented a nearby villa from the same owner last year, which was excellent. This year we were attracted by the extra and secluded outside space of this villa and were not disappointed. Everything in terms of renting the property and support when there was as good as last year and this villa certainly met all our expectations. We intend to book again!

Pros: A fabulous villa with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Inside the villa was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Set on an urbanization the villa was very private and very peaceful. The garden area had been designed and equipped to a very high standard with plenty of seating for a large get together. The pool and spar was clean and heated.. Booking the villa was easy and Jes the owner sent information about the villa, places to visit in the area and the best places to eat.. I have been holidaying in Lanzarote for more than 20 years and this is by far the best property I have rented on the island for both location and comfort. I have already booked my return stay for September.

Pros: Lo que más nos gustó de la casa fue la zona del jardín. Muy amplia, con muchas hamacas donde descansar y tomar el sol y una gran cama redonda. La piscina increíble con jacuzzi y las terrazas para poder comer o tomar algo también nos encantaron. Cons: Quizás lo que menos valoro es la ubicación en cuanto a tiendas de alimentación, porque, aunque hay 2 tiendas, los precios en ellas son más elevados que en otros supermercados del centro, pero se compensa con la tranquilidad de la zona. Se disfruta de un silencio que en otras partes no hay.
