Welcome to your private group retreat on acreage, just under an hour drive from the excitement of the 2026 World Cup in Kansas City. If you're traveling with a large group and want space, privacy, and comfort all in one place this is it.
Perfect for families, friends, and international travelers, our home comfortably sleeps 16+ guests so everyone can stay together (no splitting into multiple hotel rooms).
After the matches, come back to your own quiet space to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together. Enjoy a cool evening by the firepit or an afternoon fishing by the pond (fishing poles provided).
2 bedrooms on the main floor with king beds. 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 king beds) with a large bonus room with multiple beds. Includes kitchen essentials and toiletries, hair dryers, coffee maker, etc. If available, we allow early check in and late check out. KU (Kansas University) Lawrence and Washburn, Topeka approximately 15-20 minutes away. 16 guest +

This property is beautiful. Lots of room for a big family. We stayed with our parents and adult children and grandchildren. The porches were such a nice place to sit and visit. We also loved all the open space. Rooms were set up nicely with options for kids. The dirt road to the property was walkable/joggable and there were a lot of deer on early mornings. Easy drive into Topeka or Lawrence. Also, we were able to get a Walmart delivery even though it’s just outside of town. Lastly, the host was so kind and responsive!! We definitely recommend the property for large families or a few couples visiting the area!
