Guests have access to the entire home. The entire space, including backyard, is fully private. (We do have a closets locked for cleaner supplies.)

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match
-Identity verification and background check is required within 24 hours of booking. Your stay will be cancelled if the verification is not completed.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.

Basic maintenance and supplies may not be available during your stay. We provide an initial supply of essentials. If the initial stock runs out, we recommend purchasing or bringing any additional items you may need.

Please note that we don't provide extra blankets.

We charge a $60 fee per pet, per 30 day period. This fee must paid before receiving the entry code. This fee is not for extra cleaning, damage, or pet waste pick up. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, including and especially pet wasted in the yard. We do not allow cats.
