Direct lift to apartment was not available from the car park and it was not clear how to get to the correct lift for the apartment. Due to non- direct access it was a very onerous process to take anything to the apartment. This was the bigger negative to our stay. Meaning multiple trips using 2 lifts and a walk through across level 4 carrying personal effects. As no vacuum was provided we were unable to vacuum and as we had a cat this mean we had to get down on our hands and knees to pick up any cat fluff and use a clothing brush on the bedroom carpet.It would enhance guest experience to add remote control opening and closing to the blinds in the bedrooms. It was a pain to individually open snd close each blind in the bedrooms. Also the cord for the blind was quite high and difficult to use unless you are tall. Spend some money and add remote control function to the blinds, that was make a stay in the apartment much better. We could not open the large balcony window. It appeared to have the opening function disabled. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and the view amazing.
