This beautifully appointed 3BR, 2.5-bath home features soaring 10ft ceilings, spa-like showers, and all the comforts of home. Sip your morning coffee from the balcony as boats glide by and dolphins play in the waterway. Ideally located near Oak Island, Holden Beach, and Southport, you'll enjoy a quiet coastal setting with public water access with sandbar just 0.2 miles away and the Sunset Harbor boat ramp with fishing pier only 0.7 miles away. Please note-No direct dock or water access on the property.

Built in 2026 and located in the peaceful Sunset Harbor community along the Intracoastal Waterway, this coastal retreat offers modern comfort with easy access to the water. The neighborhood features a public boat launch with fishing pier and an additional public water access point.

The house is as described with a great view on the ICW. The covered back deck is a great feature to relax and enjoy the views. Great host with excellent communication and easy check in process.

We had an amazing time at this adorable new home. The views were incredible, dolphins sittings daily, boat traffic to watch.. and always a cool breeze on the back porch overlooking the water. We would definitely stay here time and time again if we visit the area in future years! The house was clean and well stocked with whatever we needed. Hosts were great with communication and accommodations!
