Parking (limited number of spaces). Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop "Avenue du Mont d'Arbois" 250 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 5.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5.9 km. Tennis, minigolf 800 m, gondola lift 500 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 wall-trunk bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, combination microwave). Bath/bidet/WC. Oil heating. Small balcony 4 m2, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm.
