Very comfortable space in a nice location. We enjoyed our time here and it had a lot of food options nearby and a quick walk to the train to get anywhere else we wanted to go. Having a parking spot was also a plus.

Enjoyed a great week in Chicago with my family. The property is very conveniently located and our host was proactive in checking in on us to make sure everything was going OK.

We were a group of four adults and enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is in an old building but is recently renovated and is very clean and comfortable. Having a parking spot is certainly a bonus, although if you don’t plan any day trips outside the city you could probably manage without a car. The location is excellent – a metro station, a grocery store and many cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Communication with the host was outstanding. All our questions before and during our stay were answered within minutes. We would gladly stay here again.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was frustrating. We initially had trouble accessing the property, and once inside, we found that the bedrooms and bathrooms had not been cleaned after the previous guests, with used towels left in the hallway.To their credit, the property management team responded quickly when we called and sent cleaners to the property. However, this delayed our ability to unpack and get settled.Once the cleaning issue was resolved, we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The home itself was lovely and the location was excellent. However, we were disappointed with the follow-up after our stay when we requested compensation for the inconvenience. The resolution process was confusing and ultimately left us dissatisfied with the overall customer service experience.

he property itself is beautiful and in an amazing location. Unfortunately, our stay started poorly. We were given incorrect entry information, and when we finally entered, the bedrooms and bathrooms had not been cleaned from the previous guests, with dirty towels left in the hallway. To their credit, management responded quickly and sent cleaners over, but it delayed our ability to settle in.The most disappointing part came afterward. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience and was told a representative would Venmo me a refund if I wrote a good review. When the refund didn’t arrive, I was later told I would not receive it until I posted a positive review.It’s unfortunate because we truly enjoyed the property once the initial issues were resolved. The home and location were wonderful, but tying compensation for a legitimate issue to a positive review left us with a very disappointing final impression.
