The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for family meals, and there are 2 baths for added convenience. Whether you're with family or friends, this home is a great fit for all. Plus, parking is included for your convenience. Located in the heart of the vibrant Lincoln Park neighborhood that offers the perfect blend of comfort and style.



Guest Access:

Our unit's up on the second floor. Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Located in Chicago’s sought-after Lincoln Park neighborhood, offers a vibrant mix of city living and neighborhood charm. With trendy shops, restaurants, parks, and easy transit access nearby, it’s a lively yet comfortable area perfect for both professionals and families.



Getting Around:

Our place is easy to get to, with nearby bus stops like Diversey & Ashland just a 3-minute walk away. Diversey and Paulina train stations are also close by, just a few minutes away.

Pets are not permitted on the property. Bringing animals without prior authorization may result in additional fees.



Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred damage protection option.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
