Exceptionally clean. Spacious. Kitchen is perfect. Bathrooms are in excellent condition. There is a reserved parking spot but it's tight. Parking in general is typical for Chicago, especially on the major road. It's not the suburbs. The interaction with the host feels "corporate" and might even be managed with AI, but no problems. Definitely watch the YouTube videos for check-in. Those were helpful.

Christine was extremely communicative and made the whole process easy and relaxed. The condo was very clean and well appointed. I am an extreme germaphobe so not having a top sheet on the beds was concerning to me. I chose to believe the duvet “cover” was washed after each visit. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and we had enough hot water for 4 of us. You could hear some traffic noises and some upstairs noises but there were earplugs provided in each room. The area was very nice and even though we didn’t walk around because of the extreme cold weather if we stay again in warmer weather we will definitely explore the area more. Overall a very nice stay.

This apartment was a great deal, plenty of space and comfortable. The location was nice also, in walking distance to Roscoe Village and other stores and restaurants. I would stay here again.

If you are going to require 2 forms of ID, a selfie, employer information, everyone’s first and last name with age, car information for parking. This should all be done days before and not couple of hrs before getting access to the location. I would recommend getting a new toaster and actually use the ice maker. When we got there
only 2 trays of Ice cubs which wasn’t enough for 6 people with water bottles. If the ice maker was on we would had enough ice cubes for everyone in the evening and morning.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There was a little stress due to the key fob not working properly on the front or back doors to the apartment. It worked fine on the door to the building.
