Welcome to our top-floor studio with breathtaking views of Miami's Intracoastal waters and skyline! Featuring a plush queen bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just 10 to 15 minutes from South Beach, Wynwood, the Design District, and Downtown. Free parking included.

IMPORTANT: Expect construction noise weekdays during business hours from restoration project. BALCONY ACCESS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE THROUGH AUGUST View will hardly be affected.

Beautiful view and a great stay! As a local, I needed a place for three nights while working on a project, and the apartment had everything I needed and more. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again.
