Probably one of our favorite stays. Property could use some updating and repairs, but it was still charming and didn’t affect our overall opinion of the place. If you want a comfortable space in a high priced community with beautiful scenery and easy parking, this is your spot. If our family ever visits Miami again we will 100% check here first.

I and a couple of friends stayed at the property for 2 weeks. We had a lovely time and especially enjoyed the view. Scott is a very helpful and gracious host and I highly recommend the property for a nice getaway. It is very spacious and we had loads of room to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Excellent location and host

We really enjoyed staying at this property for four nights and five days. The location of the house is simply magical with the bay that the backyard opens into and the excellently stocked watersports in the house. Being near multiple restaurants and shopping and beaches is icing on the cake. Scott is very responsive and attentive.

Location, location, location!

We had the best time at Scott’s property. We weren’t able to check in on time, but we found other things to do within walking distance to fill time. The property is older and it shows, but it was very clean the backyard was EVERYTHING!!! Our family of 13 had plenty of room. Scott was not on property this past week, but he kept in touch and made sure we were taken care of! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect location for our annual planning sessions

For the second year in a row we organized our company's planning boot camp in Villa La Vue. As in previous occasions in was a great success. Scott is a wonderful host who is always available, and the property is at a perfect location with a very reasonable pricing. It is not easy to find a property who can host 10 adults with enough privacy and big space to entertain as well to conduct business sessions. We will surely repeat next year.

Beautiful Spot!

This house is enormous with a killer view of Biscayne Bay. My large family was comfortable and it never felt like we were on top of each other. The house is well equipped for cooking ,baking, dining and entertaining. Many shops and stores within walking distance and the beach is a short walk or drive. This house is excellent for large groups and has an inviting back yard for bbqs or just lounging watching the dolphins swim by. The owner Scott Hannon is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

PERFECT VACATION RENTAL!!

The Rental house was PERFECT: Clean, well-maintained, spacious, comfortable, quiet,great views, and much better than staying in a HOTEL! 15-20 Min Cab ride to South Beach and convenient shops/eateries/shopping mall nearby about a 5 min walk! Perfect for a group getaway as we lounged in the backyard for BBQ,played pool,watched TV, while watching the dolphins swim nearby and boats passing through the channel. The owner was very cooperative and accommodating to all our rental needs. Would HIGHLY recommend this rental location to anyone traveling to MIAMI, and we look forward to coming back soon and plan to stay at LA VUE VILLA! Thanks again SCOTT!

Lovely stay.

There were only 4 of us renting the villa. The amount of space was amazing. Unit was furnished very nicely. Beds were all very comfortable. The communication and assistance from Scott that we received through out our stay was great. A couple small things occurred but he was there immediately to help. He went out of his way to make our entire stay even more enjoyable. Which we really appreciated. The view is beautiful. We took a short walk to several restaurants. Also walked to the beach. The Greek Place downtown and Carpaccios at the mall were great. Definitely a great place to stay.

Great Vacation Home

10/8/2010 a group of 14 friends were pleasantly suprised at the very nice accomodations. Scott was a great help and the house was everything and more he said it would be. It was well maintained in a nice neighborhood. It's really close to everything. I was alittle nervous renting online but let me tell you, this was GREAT! The grocery store was not 5 minutes away(go east), there was good restaurants and bars close by also. (go to Flanigan's 5 min away $1.50 draft beer and next door is a cheap liquor store and 2 doors down is Publix) Almost forgot the great sunsets from the back yard too. Thanks again Scott.

3) The owner lives very close by and is extremely attentive when you need it. He respects everyone's privacy but always makes himself available quickly given it's needed.

Other than extreme cleaning and sanitizing, as a part of our confirmation process, we require our Application containing COVID-19 screening questions about possible exposure, diagnosis and or treatment of potential guests.
