Todo ha sido excelente, la Casa y el jardin muy bonitos, bien cuidado, la Casa cuenta con todo lo que se necesita. Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia.

Refugium für Katzenfreunde

Das Haus ist ideal für vierköpfige Familien bzw. Gruppen, die im Urlaub Entspannung suchen und Katzen mögen. Auch das WLAN ist zuverlässig, was unser jugendlicher Nachwuchs besonders schätzte 😊. Wer joggen möchte, findet eine schöne Laufstrecke zum nächsten Strand „Cala del Aceite“. In der Hauptsaison Juli/August lohnt es sich Fahrräder zu mieten, da die Parkplätze v. a. an den Stränden Mangelware und teils kostenpflichtig sind. Der ca. fünf Kilometer entfernte Stadtkern von Conil ist in der Hauptsaison sehr lebendig und bietet umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars,….. Gemüse und Kräuter sind gleichwohl frisch beim Nachbarn Juan erhältlich. Frau Hunold ist eine sehr gute Vermieterin, denn die Absprachen, Infoflüsse und Schlüsselübergabe klappten einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Klein paradijsje buiten de stad

Ruimtelijke en zeer mooie tuin. Kamers zijn netjes, keuken heeft alle voorzieningen, badkamer is prima. Lokatie is buiten de stad en dat is gezien de drukte in Conil geen overbodige luxe, echter is het minstens 10min met de auto om bij een strand te kunnen komen. Het huis is dus niet op loopafstand van het strand. Rondom het huis ligt een prachtige tuin en ruimte genoeg om 2 autos op het terrein te parkeren. Communicatie met host hebben we plezierig, empatisch en gastvrij ervaren. Echt de moeite waard! We hebben genoten.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben sehr schöne 10 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Sehr geräumig, grosser, grüner Garten, sehr ruhig, liebe Katzen gibt's dazu! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wenige Minuten von Conil und schönen Stränden entfernt - auch gute Lage zum Besuch anderer naheliegender Orte wie Cadiz oder Sevilla. Obst und Gemüse gibts beim Nachbarn. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und vollkommen unkompliziert - jederzeit bei Fragen zu erreichen! Herzlichen Dank!

Schönes Ferien in Conil

In dem gemütlich eingerichteten und ausgestattetem Haus in ruhiger Lage haben wir zwei großartige Urlaubswochen verbracht. Frisches Gemüse gibt es direkt beim freundlichen Nachbarn, für weitere Besorgungen empfiehlt es sich ein Fahrzeug zu haben. Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Unterkunft

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur als reines Ferienobjekt zum vermieten, sondern auch als zu Urlaubsdomizil der Vermieterin genutzt wird: sehr gemütlich und sehr umfassend ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Sitzen auf der Terrasse mit Blick in den schönen grünen Garten. Beim Gemüsebauern nebenan konnten wir uns regelmäßig mit frischem Gemüse und Erdbeeren eindecken. Conil ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder! P.S. Die sehr süße Hauskatze ist uns ebenfalls richtig ans Herz gewachsen :-).

Gelungener Urlaub

Wir haben eine super entspannte Woche im Haus Casa Alegria in Roche Viejo verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet: Voll eingerichtete Küche, Waschmschine, Spülmaschine, Sofas, Doppelbett, Grill und Fernseher mit deutschen und internationalen Programmen. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und lädt mit Liegen zum Rumhängen ein. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber nicht langweilig. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand, beim Supermarkt oder im Ortskern von Conil, der Pinienwald ist sogar nur 50 Meter entfernt. Im Haus gibt es viele Tipps zur Erkundung der Region, sowie ein Regal mit Büchern für jeden Geschmack. Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub mit Entspannung pur. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter wird einem in der Region und der Casa Anna nicht langweilig. Ein Urlaub in der Casa Alegria kann 100-%ig empfohlen werden. Das Haus hat alles was einen Urlaub perfekt machen kann. Viel Vergnügen! Danke!!!
