This phenomenal property is great for large families or a group of friends on vacation, with three bedrooms including one king bed, one queen bed and 2 full beds. With 3 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer, guests enjoy convenience and comfort throughout their stay. Breath taking views to the Gulf and private access to the beach. The building offers two Gulf front community heated pools and two community BBQ grills (charcoal), tennis courts, pickleball courts, underground assigned parking, bike storage, lobby area and gym. Beach chairs and umbrella are available in unit's storage locker. Condo is walking distance to restaurants and much more. We hope you enjoy what our place and Marco Island has to offer.

Overall, we had a great stay at Somerset in Marco Island. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. Our host was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.That said, for the price, we expected the unit to feel a bit more updated. Some of the finishes showed their age, including the shower heads, kitchen appliances, and the refrigerator, which had broken storage bins. The patio could also use a little TLC, and the floor tile throughout the unit felt dated. None of these things affected our ability to enjoy the vacation, but a few upgrades would really elevate the overall experience.The condominium itself has quite a few rules and regulations. While we understand the purpose behind them, it was a little frustrating that they didn’t seem to be enforced consistently, as some guests appeared to ignore them while others were held to a different standard.As for the beach, we were hoping for better conditions, but the weather wasn’t on our side. It was very windy, and there was quite a bit of seaweed during our visit. Even so, our kids had an amazing time, and we truly enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle for a few days.Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a nice stay and would consider returning.

This gulf-front condo was incredibly spacious and offered breathtaking views of the water. We thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality amenities, including pool and gym, which made our stay feel like a resort stay. There were several restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance. It was the perfect beach getaway, and we cannot wait to return for another visit.
