Perfect for families or groups, this cozy home offers comfort, privacy, and easy access to top attractions, restaurants, and parks. Enjoy a quiet residential neighborhood while staying close to everything Vancouver has to offer. Great for short or extended stays.
Space Highlights:
Entrance: Access to the suite requires going down 5 steps to reach the private entrance. Self check-in is available via smart lock. All rooms and amenities are located on the same level.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Two twin beds.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Living Area: Comfortable living room featuring a couch and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Vancouver.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, cookware, utensils, and dining essentials.
Dining Area: Dining table with seating for up to 4 guests.

Privacy: Enjoy complete privacy with no shared spaces. The suite has its own private entrance and is entirely separate from the homeowner's living area. The homeowner resides upstairs in a fully self-contained unit with a separate entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.

Hygiene essentials: body soap, shampoo, cleaning products, etc.
Household basics: cooking essentials, coffee maker, and other kitchen necessities.
No coffee is available at the property, but we do provide complimentary tea.
Important Parking Notice:
According to Vancouver’s Street & Traffic Bylaw No. 2849, Section 20.1(b), large vehicles (over 5,500 kg or longer than 6.4 meters) are limited to about 3 hours of street parking and may not be allowed to park overnight.

To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for everyone, please review and follow the rules below:
Account Verification Guests must complete ID verification through the booking platform prior to check-in, as required by the platform’s policies.
Check-In & Check-Out Please follow the stated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out must be requested 1–2 days in advance and is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking Park only in the designated areas listed in the check-in instructions.
Shoes Indoors (Carpeted Areas) To help protect and maintain the cleanliness of our carpeted areas, shoes and slippers are not allowed inside the house. We kindly ask that you remove them upon entry.
Toilet Use Flush only human waste and toilet paper. All other items must be disposed of in the bins provided to prevent plumbing issues.
Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Changes must be reported in advance. Extra guests are charged $50 per person per night.
No unauthorized Parties or Events Unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Illegal Activities Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Security & Safety Devices Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, Wi-Fi equipment, or other safety systems is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or immediate termination of your stay.
Lost Keys / Lockout Lost keys or guest lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee.
Recycling & Garbage Please follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines due to improper sorting will be charged to the guest (up to $300). Excessive garbage may result in additional disposal fees of up to $300.
Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
No Smoking Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property and near entrances or windows. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and similar devices. A $1,000 fine applies for violations.
Cancellation Policy By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Care of the Property Please treat the home with respect and report any damages promptly.
Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
