Enjoy this spacious 2,100 sq. ft., 2-story whole-home rental in a convenient, quiet, and safe neighborhood.

3-minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and bus routes (#41, #43, #20).

The space
Featuring two large, bright living rooms with plenty of natural light, a private backyard with garden flowers, and space for an outdoor picnic.

Cleaning & Hygiene: Professionally cleaned between every stay.

Shoes: No outdoor shoes inside. Please use provided indoor slippers or bring your own. A carpet cleaning fee of up to $500 CAD applies if indoor carpet care rules are violated.

Smoking: Strictly NO smoking or marijuana use inside. Per City of Vancouver bylaws, smoking is prohibited within 6 meters (20 feet) of any doors, windows, or air intakes. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly in the trash.

Pets: No pets allowed. An extra cleaning fee of up to $500 CAD applies for unauthorized pets.

Noise & Activities: No illegal activities or drug use. Please respect neighborhood quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

The whole property is clean and neatly. Laundry machine is fine, but the dryer is not good enough. The locked door was not good and hard to open.

This unit suited the needs of the five of us who stayed. Had a slight issue with the toilet but the owner responded immediately and sent someone to fix. Her response time has been quick with every question we had. My only complaint was limited dining options within walking distance, unless you want to eat Asian foods every night.

The property is in reasonable condition but the interior needs maintenance. The walls are scuffed and dirty as are the baseboards and a coat of paint at the minimum is needed. The skylight over the bathtub has dark spots which look like mold. Lightbulbs need replacing in the bathroom vanities and the chandelier in the mail hall does not work. The bedding on our bed was scratchy and worn out and we needed to take cotton bedding from another bed. The towels were thin and worn. One of our guests had allergies from the dusty old carpet upstairs, so a good shampoo or new carpet would really help. The security gate at the back patio door does not work and is just a deterrent. We had rented for 4 nights but left after 3 nights due to the dust/allergy issue. I didn’t reach out to Sunny about the bedding and towels, but she might have been able to help. Overall I would not stay again unless some basic maintenance is done.

Wonderful place

Communication with the hosts was very prompt. The house is well supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked for a large group of people. The location is awesome with restaurants just a short walk away. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Excellent stay

Traveling with 5 teenagers to see a concert at Rogers arena. Home had room for all of us and was in an excellent location to access downtown and very quiet at night so we all slept well. Definitely recommend the home and host.

Great location, large house

This property was in a great location close to plenty of restaurants and amenities. Our friend group that had a few small children all felt like we had privacy and plenty of space. Overall nice home. The main bedroom also has a large tub, which I enjoyed.

Property as advertised. Great communication with owner. She left great information about recycling and the area where we were located. We didn't spend a lot of time here but I'd definitely stay again if I were in Vancouver.

Quiet Family visit in Vancouver

The property was perfectly adequate for our family’s needs. We appreciated having two full bathrooms plus the half bath on the main level, access to laundry facilities, and a full kitchen. We used the TV streaming service for some movies and cooked in the kitchen. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with some street parking available and right around the corner from a bus stop for public transit.

Good amount of space for a family

We stayed here for two nights after driving across Canada. The house had a lot of space for my family of 4 which was great that the kids could have their own rooms at night. The house is definitely dated - with some issues with settling that they cover with rugs. The walls were pretty scratched from I assume previous renters' luggage and the carpet was not super clean. But it functioned very nicely as a place to hang out for a few days. It was great to have a washer and dryer - and we didn't have any trouble getting a parking spot in front of the house. Food choices nearby were limited so you would probably want a car if you stay here.
