Die FeWo ist super gelegen. 2 min zum Strand. Direkt im Zentrum

Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer FeWo benötigt. Allerdings müsste die Wohnung dringend renoviert werden. Küche und Bad sind ganz schön abgenutzt. Sonst ist dieses Objekt super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Super Lage und gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen aber durch den Eingang in einem Hinterhof trotzdem ruhig. Man ist in zwei Minuten am Stand und hat den Bäcker vor der Tür. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist gut, man erkennt leichte Abnutzung im Bad und der Treppe aber das ist minimal. Ansonsten würde ich immer wieder kommen.

Lage einfach TOP

Das Objekt liegt sehr Zentral, Seebrücke, Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kurze Wege. Leider liegt die Fewo zum Innenhof, Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite. Es war sehr Laut und ein ausschlafen nicht möglich. Die Terrasee nur zu benutzen, wenn man Publikumsverkehr mag. Abreise geht nur mit vorheriger Absprache, da kein Briefkasten zur Schlüsselübergabe zur Verfügung steht. Rundum aber ein schöner Urlaub. Man muss sich eben arangieren.

Top Lage, direkt in der belebten Strandstraße

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Innenhof, daher ist es dort etwas ruhiger. Es ist ordentlich Platz vorhanden mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Für ältere Leute wegen der Wendeltreppe eher ungeeignet. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ok.
