The good: The overall experience with booking and communication with the host were great. The cabin its self was good. The drive to the cabin is about 20-25 mins off the main strip. No steep hills, a bit curvy. It does sit in what appears to be a residential neighborhood. The bad: However it is dog friendly and wasn’t as clean as expected. When we first walked in it smelled pet friendly. On one of the beds we had to lint roll the pillows and comforter because it was covered in pet hair. So were some of the extra linens. The comforter on one of the other beds was torn which wasn’t very appealing. Underneath the living room furniture didn’t look like it had been cleaned under in quite some time. We were only able to take luke warm showers. When you flush or shower all you hear is a loud pumping noise in the wall, so if you flush in the night you wake the whole house up. When you shower this pumping causes the water pressure to pulsate. The night before we left, we washed a load of clothes, put those in the dryer and stared another load. We had to stop the dryer because it was making a horrible noise and smelt like it was about to catch fire causing us to bring home two loads of wet clothes. It has a hot tub, which was clean but it has no privacy because of the resident right next to it. It has a pool table that is smaller than a regulation size but on two sides of it you can’t shoot on because it sits to close to the walls and per the rental agreement you can not move it.
