Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
​Keys & Fobs: Please leave any physical keycard or access fob on the kitchen counter upon departure. A S/. 100 ($30 USD) fee applies to unreturned or lost keycards/fobs.
Kitchen & Food: Please ensure all open food is disposed of or stored in the fridge. Verify all stove burners and water faucets are completely turned off before leaving.
​Final Exit: Please make sure all terrace, balcony, and exterior doors are securely locked behind you. Pull the main front door fully closed until you hear it latch. Safe Travels!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
​Photo ID/Passport is required for ALL adults/kids prior to check-in. Entry codes/access will NOT be provided without verification.
​Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM (San Miguel rules). Zero tolerance for parties, loud music on terrace, or unapproved overnight visitors.
No smoking/vaping ($250 fine). Turn off lights, close windows before leaving Seal open food from pests. Lost keycard/fob replacement fee: $30/100 PEN.

I love welcoming families and groups to Lima and creating a place where people can reconnect, share meals, relax, and feel at home. My goal is simple: to offer the kind of thoughtful, warm hospitality that I would want my own family to receive.

Why they chose this property

San Miguel offers something we love: a residential neighborhood with convenient access to many parts of Lima. The Malecón is just two blocks from the home, perfect for a walk along the coast. Guests are also close to Plaza San Miguel, restaurants, shopping, PUCP and UNMSM. The location provides convenient access to the airport and Lima’s coastal route toward Miraflores, San Isidro and Barranco—making Linaje de Luz a comfortable home base for exploring the city.

What makes this property unique

Linaje de Luz is more than a vacation home—it is a family home with a story. It was created in honor of my late aunt, the remarkable woman who raised me and whose warmth, determination and generosity shaped my life.
She had an extraordinary gift for cooking, creating beautiful spaces and bringing people together. That spirit of hospitality lives on here.

Today, Linaje de Luz welcomes a new generation of families and friends. Across three levels, guests have 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 7 sleeping surfaces, multiple gathering spaces and a private rooftop terrace—room to be together without having to be together every minute.
The furnishings, artwork and character of the home intentionally blend old and new. Rather than creating a generic rental, we wanted to preserve the soul of a family home while providing the comfort today's travelers expect.

We hope every gathering here adds another chapter to its story.
