This bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed with a direct ocean view. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, and the living room offers a queen sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Each room is equipped with its own smart TV, along with WiFi and cable for your convenience. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, with all essential utensils and appliances. Fresh linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & an umbrella, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, Keurig and regular coffee, cream and sugar are provided for the guests. Laundry room with full-size coin-operated washer/dryers is located on the same floor.

Step outside and enjoy true resort-style living with a large heated year-round pool, two hot tubs, and a dedicated kids’ pool, BBQ pits and lounging chairs. The property has elevators, stairs, and direct beach access, making it effortless to move from poolside relaxation to sandy shores in moments.

Please note that the HOA requires all guests to be counted towards occupancy, regardless of age, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The host fee in the quote includes the cleaning fee and HOA nightly surcharge (parking). Each booking guarantees one parking spot and a second parking spot is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. HOA rules - NO pets, NO smoking and NO vaping, and no parties.
