Beautiful 2/2 in Seascape beachfront condos! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This is one of a truly unique 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 2 private balconies. Condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. Cable & wifi access. Linens and towels provided. Beautiful beachfront and pool views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom and 2 private balconies. Watch your family enjoy the resort-style pool and hot tubs while relaxing from one of the two private balconies. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors of the complex.

THINGS TO KNOW

* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.
* This unit is located on the second floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.
* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.
* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

Everything was amazing! The beds were comfortable, there was everything we needed in the condo! The supply room for the beach was so well stocked! They had chairs, umbrellas, buckets, toys for the younger kids, and mats! They even had tents, which we didn’t use, but they were available! The pool was beautiful & cozy, everything was amazing! Jessica was very quick to respond when I reached out.

This is a perfect place for easy access to the beach - no walking across a busy street to get there!The pool is nice and centrally located. That makes it a little noisy at times but the hours it is open are very reasonable.The unit was close to the elevator - that was SO helpful for us to get out luggage in and out.The inside space was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay!

The elevator was broken for 3 of the four days we were there. We have stayed at Seascspe for many years, but this could be a deal breaker. Very inconvenient,especially when leaving with all the suitcases. Room was smaller, did not have anywhere to lay our the suitcases. We did like two balconies.

I am so sorry the elevators were down during your stay. They were down for three days due to an electrical storm that passed through as well as guest who hit the doors with a cart trying to hold them open. Maintenance is installing cameras to try to keep this from happening again and the elevators are on the schedule to be completely replaced later this fall. We hope you will return to Seascape in the future so you can enjoy our vacation spot.

Great little place to stay. Loved the semi private beach just outside the condo area. Far away from the crowds but not so far that it took too long to get to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Quick family getaway

We had a great quick family getaway! The place was clean, easy to check in to, and perfect for our family. Loved that we were on the Gulf side and no street crossing, loved the private pool and beach access! Only down side was the elevator did go out the day we were leaving - things happen and we get it. Overall we plan to come back again!!!
