The bright and cozy living and dining area is located on the first floor. From here, you have direct access to the private garden with a patio and a stunning view of the lake. In addition to patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill, you’ll find a beach chair (available from May through September).
You can also enjoy this magnificent panoramic view from the living and dining room—whether from the spacious sofa, the cozy recliner, or the dining table. Choose your preferred entertainment via the SMART TV, the Sonoro stereo system (Internet and DAB radio, Bluetooth, CD player), and, of course, the free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. It includes an oven, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and a large fridge-freezer.
A guest bathroom with natural light and a storage room are also available on the first floor.
Two of the three separate bedrooms are located on the first floor. The one facing the lake offers a stunning lake view, as well as a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a spacious armchair for relaxing, and ample storage space.
The second bedroom on this floor features two single beds (1.00 x 1.90 m).
The natural-light bathroom is well-equipped with a rain shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror cabinet.
In the attic, you’ll find another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a cozy reading nook, a built-in closet, and a skylight from which you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the lake.
