Mixie is a gated, centrally located community designed for easy access to the best of Huatulco. Guests can enjoy a shared on-site pool with loungers, a fitness centre, and a large communal seating area. Every unit includes high-speed WiFi and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. Units are accessible through a gated front entry & a doorman is available onsite from 7am - 3pm Monday to Saturday. With Chahué Beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and town amenities just a short walk away, Mixie offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and community living.
■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.
Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it — we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.
Payment: Visa, Mastercard, or bank wire transfer
Booking confirmation: Digital rental agreement and ID verification required

· Do you offer a discount for longer stays? Yes - a discount is automatically applied to reservations of 26 nights or more, no code required. For stays of 26 nights or more, electricity is billed locally based on usage at checkout. For shorter stays, electricity is included in the rate.
· Is there much walking involved to get around? Mixie is a centrally located development with a shared pool and fitness facility on site. The grocery store and town centre are approximately a 5-minute walk away, while Chahué Beach, beach clubs, and restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
· How does beach access work? Chahué Beach is a 10 min walk and is generally considered one of the nicer urban beaches in Huatulco, with clean water, a wide sandy beach, and relatively calm conditions
· Is there parking available? Yes, street parking is available near the property on a first come first serve basis.
