The Space:

Coming home to this condo will be a joy - one of many you'll discover during your next Waikoloa Village vacation! Guests can take a refreshing dip in the pool, play a game of tennis, Ping-Pong, or billiards, watch the kids splash around in the children's pool, or even rent out the central clubhouse for an evening get-together with old friends. When you're not down at the beach, you'll love the sweeping ocean views from the lanai. The high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform their online tasks, and the kitchen is a great place to assemble while the family chef prepares a delicious meal. After a day at the beach or on the golf course, you'll have air-conditioning units in each room to cool you off quickly!





This home is right along the golf course, and you can check in to play 18 holes on the Village Course just over a mile away. If you need to pick up a few groceries or want to enjoy a meal out, the Waikoloa Highlands Center has you covered. Down the hill, you can drive into Waikoloa to visit Lava Lava Beach Club and Anaehoomalu Beach. There you can sun yourself on the sun, go snorkeling, or grab a cocktail or lunch while you enjoy the evening colors. Just a half-mile north of Lava Lava, you'll have all sorts of shopping and dining available at the Kings' and Queens' Marketplaces. If you like historical hikes, the Petroglyphs are near Kings' Marketplace along a walking trail.

It was a bit confusing getting updates and details from VRBO and Vacasa at the same time. it would be clearer to choose one communication method. It was unclear on which pool/gym facility to access. Security said we did not have access to the main one and that our unit was only supposed to access the facility the workers use. That seemed odd.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo, very clean and great location. When I had a question and called the Vacasa number I received very friendly, immediate help. The pool and grounds are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

The home is very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is very well stocked. However, be prepared to purchase trash bags and dishwasher pods if you’re going to be doing a lot of cooking. In addition there are beach supplies available but, there is no snorkeling gear. Overall this is an excellent value and we enjoyed our trip.

Nice location and reasonably priced.

Condo was clean and had all the essentials for a beach vacation. Disappointed that the 2nd bedroom did not have a/c and was quite warm. Property manager was not very helpful upon checking in due to us staying in a private rental. Had to return a 2nd time to get pool access key. Pool and hot tub area was very nice,once we were able to enter.

We walked in and the place smelled very strongly of curry. The guest room bed was very uncomfortable. The guest bath smelled poorly. The condo wasn’t very clean…crackers under the couch and the rug under the coffee table was dirty as was the floor by the patio. I would not stay there again. Sorry to have to say this.

Almost Paradise!

Overall, the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the cleaners did not do a good job in preparing the unit. On arrival the master bathroom had unflushed urine in the bowel and the bath towles were somewhat covered with long black hairs. For a resort style location, the most disappointing factor (due to the poor building construction) we were subjected to what could only be described as a herd of elephants above us, as our upstairs neighbours traversed in their unit. Irregardless of the time of the day, this loud, constant stomping persisted so much so that it triggered migraines for 2 family members.We also encountered an infestation of ants in the kitchen, which made it annoying when preparing food, The overall location offered lots of amenities which worked well for the family, and convenient access for all points on the island. The sunset view was spectacular from master bedroom lanai. We thank the host for all the timely communication and assistance with booking the unit.

Great place to stay!

I love staying in Waikoloa. Personally I like going to different beaches so being at this location you can have your pick, plus travel to Hilo or Wiamea. The property was clean and many items that we could use for the beach such as beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers, though I bring some of these items myself. A nice starter kick was ready for us as well, dish soap, paper towels and many items in the kitchen. I always wish that these condos tell you what type of coffee pots they have. We needed pods at the last one and this was a drip pot. Filters were left over so that was helpful. We had multiple issues with wifi. It never worked. Their TV ran on Wifi too. I spent 24 hrs with the management company trying to figure out and then, I had to set up the TV on my account. I had school and work while on vacation so wifi was important. The main road in right below the condo. Beautiful views, gorgeous sunsets, turkeys! And then the sound of cars. Just an fyi. I'm used to being on the golf course. Beds are super comfortable and plenty of closet space!!
