Walk into a fully furnished ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo right on the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Enjoy all the comforts of home while relaxing in the heart of the Kohala Coast.

This condo has everything that you need. A fully equipped kitchen, Washer/Dryer in the condo, king size beds, a couch that opens to a queen size sleeper. All the towels, sheets, pillows are here for a relaxing stay.

Paniolo Club Condominiums is a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy sitting on the lanai while watching the golfer's or wild turkeys go by.

Paniolo 127 is a beautiful 1,100 sq ft. Condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms. There is also 1 pull-out bed in the living room for any extra guests, accommodating a total of 6 guests.. You will be provided with all the major appliances to make you feel as if you are home. It is a 5 minute walking distance from the nearest grocery store, hair salon, restaurants, shops, bank, post office, dentist, doctors office and more. If you plan to visit during December through March, make sure you get out on a Whale Watch adventure with Ocean Sports at the Waikoloa Beach.

This condo is located right on the golf course that you can view right from the lanai while enjoying your favorite cup of coffee or tea or evening cocktail. Take in a round of golf on our local golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. There are several other great golf courses nearby at Hapuna, Mauna Kea, Kings Course at Waikoloa, Mauna Lani North and South courses as well as Makalei Golf Course and Four Season's.

The property was great. Spacious and well equipped. I do have a couple of suggestions. The bathtub should have a bath mat. I could not watch the bedroom TV as it required that I pay for a subscription to watch. It is very petty of the owner to ask me to pay to watch TV after I paid in advance a substantial rental fee.

Clean well stocked property.

The condo was clean and easy to access. The directions are put together well for entry late at night after our flight arrived. It was a little further to the beach than I expected, but that’s OK based on the price comparison. The neighborhood is quiet. The KTA grocery store located right down the street is convenient, but not listed in the on-site notebook. it is walking distance. He will need to bring shopping bags most places or you’ll get charged for bags. There’s plenty of linens and towels. The couch bed is comfortable. We had two adults, 2 teens, and a 10-year-old sleep comfortably. All the neighbors nearby are quiet. Most of what we needed for cooking was available, oil, and spices, on hand also. Very nice to have the boogie board, snorkeling, equipment, beach towels and beach chairs. Thank you. Parking is a bit of a challenge for a large vehicle due to the orientation of the small parking lot. Property manager was not quick to respond to messages, but we didn’t have any problems during this stay. Thank you.

Not As Advertised with Problems

“NEWLY REMODELED! Cozy! On Golf Course!” inaccurate We learned that the remodel was done 3 years ago not recently. The property is adjacent to the golf course not on the course. They fail to mention the 20-foot-wide drainage ditch full of weeds that is between you and the course. They give pictures of the swimming pool but fail to mention that it is not on the property. It is the Community pool located by the Golf Couse Clubhouse. The pool is .75 miles from the condo, a 15 minute plus walk. We arrived at the condo on Tuesday We found that the keys that were left for us did not work. I contacted the property manager John who informed us that they had changed the lock but forgot to get new keys, he asked if I could have them made. I agreed and had them the next day. Here is a list of what we found wrong. 1- The light was burnt out in the entryway. 2-The light was burnt out in the kitchen. 3- The TV in the master bedroom is not connected to cable and is not a Smart TV so you cannot stream. 4- That all the lights in the dining room needed to be changed. 5- When we went to turn down the beds for the grandchildren, we found a hand full of Gummy Bears on the pillow under the decorative pillow and no they did not belong to them. 6- For 4 people we only had 3 Hand towels, 1 Wash Cloth, no Bath Mats, we had to use the hand towels as bath mats. 7- The neighbors were smoking on their entry patio and we were getting the second-hand smoke. 8- That the carpets are stained and filthy. 9- We had notice that the cleaning job was subpar. 6- The pillows were like pancakes. John stopped by on Thursday, we were able to find some light bulbs and we got them all changed, now we had light. John spoke to the neighbors about the smoking. John returned on Friday with new Bath mats, washcloths, pillows. The night before he stated he would ask the owner if he could purchase a new TV and have the carpets cleaned, the owner said NO. John did bring us a HULU box he owned so we could stream to the bedroom TV. John did take care of everything and was very sympathetic. The neighbors did not smoke on the entry but they did light their cigarettes and then smoked as they walked by the windows. We basically had the smell of smoke coming in 3 to 4 times a day. John did a great job and we were pleased with his handling of everything. The condo is nice, if you don’t swim or don’t mind a view of the golf course over a drainage ditch and second-hand smoke from the neighbors.

It's a beautiful stay

This condo has everything you need to have a successful extended stay. All appliances you can think of is available and in good working order. The neighbors were friendly and told us about cool places on the island we could visit. The property manager was responsive and informative. There is nice local shops and restaurants 2 minutes down the road and 3 of the most beautiful beaches you'll ever visit within a 15 minute drive. Anaehoomalu (A-Bay), Hapuna, and Spencers.

This was a great place to stay. Convenient to everything we wanted to do and comfortable when we didn’t want to do anything! Beds were very comfortable (we did not use the pull out) We loved having everything we needed in the kitchen and the beach chairs and beach towels were great!! We went to the pool a few times and it was very nice. We really enjoyed watching all the wild turkeys and birds and enjoying all the different flowers around. This was close to everywhere we wanted and needed to be. Easy drive to Kona and Waimea and to the beaches we wanted to visit. One thing I wasn’t prepared for was the black dust EVERYWHERE. Of course that’s not the owner’s fault just want to mention so you won’t be surprised. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property and am so glad we found it!

Welcoming and comfortable for the most part. Sofa bed is really for one person. Location was excellent; beaches within 1/2 hour distance. If thinking of staying here, check to see what’s available before buying (ie shampoo, cooking items, etc.). Quiet and neighbor’s were helpful!

Buyer beware

I have stayed in Waikaloa village many times in many great properties, unfortunately this was not one of them. We first arrived and the lock box for the entry keys did not work. Once we finally were able to gain entry, we first saw that the carpets had huge stains on them. The manager told us that the owners have known of that for several months but did nothing to correct it. Next thing we noticed is that the bedroom layout is not properly listed. In the master bedroom there is a television but it is not hooked up to cable nor is it a smart TV. So no bedroom tv as advertised. Then we found the hard way that the toilet in the master is not properly attached to the floor mounts and tries to fall over when sitting in it. Think it can’t get worse?? Think again. Next the front door inside handle fell off, then the outside door handle.. Next we found the back lanai was seriously filthy, tile stained and unswept, rear door latches don’t work and cock roaches everywhere, inside and out., plumbing drains clogged, grout stains and on and on and on. Next, we came in after picking the other half of our party up from the airport, getting to the unit at 2230 hrs, had other guests still sleeping so careful not to wake them, we were in bed by 2300 hrs. The next morning we woke to find a not on our door from management stating that we had a noise complaint from the neighbor. The message came with a rules sheet stating that there is to be absolutely no sounds made after 2200hrs and specifically stating, no music, no tv, no cell phone conversations and on and on, no sound that could possibly disturb a neighbor. Understandably and respectably though therein lies the problem. The two residents directly next to this unit, according to the other residents have a nasty habit of complaining to management about almost everything, even stating to us that they wish that there were no vacation rentals allowed. With that said and limited to the major sticking points, buyer beware. Waikaloa village has some great properties, this not being one of them. Just keeping it real.

Perfect Vacation!

This condo has everything you will need for a restful, restorative vacation. Immaculately clean, nicely decorated, stocked with plenty of towels and beach gear. Kitchen has nice cookware and best of all , the lanai has a gas grill! No walking through the property with your food to the communal grills! Great location to all the north island attractions, golf and beaches. So nice to be back in Hawaii! Already planning a trip back. ( only negative is the master bed is uncomfortably firm if you like a softer mattress. But hey...it’s Hawaii 🌺💕!). Mahalo

Peaceful and Beautiful

Peaceful and quiet ground floor condo. Lots of windows, birdsong, terrific view of golf course and tropical plants, private "yard", close parking, washer/dryer, well-stocked and updated kitchen/bathrooms, beach gear (although no body boards when we were there). Turn the extremely comfortable recliner towards the window to enjoy the sunset! Unfortunately, the master bed was rock hard. All it needs is a foam mattress topper, and it would be fine. Kids' beds could also be better.

Great For Golfers! Great Beaches!

This is a great property in a great location. Waikoloa Village is perfect for those of you who want to take advantage of the terrific beaches north of Kona on the Kohalo Coast plus there are several world class golf courses in the immediate area. The property was well appointed and had lots of beach toys available for our use. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were added advantages. I would have rated this property a solid Five* except for the fact the community pool was being renovated and was unavailable. We were not made aware of this prior to our arrival. This was pretty important to us as we were traveling with some of our Grandkids. You can only spend so much time at the beach but they can stay in a pool "forever". Kudos to property Manager John Landers. He was able to get us pool access at another nearby property and the problem was solved. I think the only other issue was a new propane bottle for the grill and John handled that the same day. All-In-All we had a great vacation in a great condo in a great state. David & Trish Harrison

Everything you need+location

We appreciated the extras like beach chairs, towels, kids floaties and boogie boards. We loved the convenience of a first floor condo (you get some bugs being on the first floor but not too bad), the washer and dryer, the food cooler and stocked kitchen. We loved the grocery store being 1 minute away too. No complaints besides the swimming pool being closed. Loved our stay.
