A beautiful cottage style getaway nestled in the heart of Prescott located 1 mile from Historic Downtown Prescott Courthouse Square & Whiskey Row. The cottage has beach style vibes and is located at the end of a quiet street. The rental has a doggy door that goes directly outside to a gated backyard. Access to a detached garage as well as plenty of on property parking. Walking distance to Granite Creek Park which has plenty of walking trails small creeks running through the park as well as a small BMX trail. Very close to tons of great restaurants, including La Planchada, Park Place Liquor and Deli, Nick's Feed Your Face subs, Papa's Italian,Doc's BBQ and many more!

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer‘s little studio apartment for the weekend. Her place is equipped with everything you need. Everything was as described and Jennifer was always responding quickly whenever we needed anything or had questions. Her place is pet friendly and has a fenced in backyard for our fur baby to use, so that’s was a big plus for us. We can recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jennifer for having us.
