Beautiful apartment. Great location. Very quiet. Car not needed; parking can be a challenge (parking garage is easiest). Convenience and liquor stores nearby. Great restaurants start within 50 feet; nice shops within 2 blocks.

The property has an excellent location and is a renovated apartment. The Great Room has a large space with the kitchen, dining and living room all together. The kitchen is well stocked and they have a large TV. Like most rentals, make sure you bring your streaming service login/passwords. The bedroom is large and is very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit tight but is functional. Parking is on the street but we had little issue finding a spot close by. The parking deck is 3-4 blocks away which is an option as well. The best part of the apartment is the location. Only 2-3 blocks away from all the action. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops to explore.

Great stay in downtown Frederick with good amenities especially with the W/D for an extended trip like i did for my work travel. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again on a return trip.
