J'ai grandi à Potomac, MD et j'ai déménagé à Frederick en 1999 pendant environ 6 ans et j'ai adoré !!! C'est ma petite ville préférée. J'ai également vécu à SoCal pendant 11 ans et à Hawaï pendant un an, mais je reviens toujours à Frederick. Les bâtiments historiques du centre-ville m'ont toujours fasciné et j'aime leur redonner leur beauté d'origine.
J'étais en construction depuis environ 15 ans et j'ai adoré le travail, mais je détestais les longues heures. Je me suis mariée en 2017. Nous aimons voyager à travers le monde et découvrir d'autres cultures et rencontrer de nouvelles personnes. Ma femme et moi sommes des spécialistes du marketing de réseau à plein temps et aimons la liberté que cela nous permet et aimons aider les autres à créer un concert secondaire. J'espère que vous apprécierez nos maisons autant que nous.

Dan was wonderful and very accommodating. The house was beautiful. Very nicely furnished, clean, with extra amenities such as coffee and water in the refrigerator. The property was easy to find on a quiet street a very convenient walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Furnishings were comfortable. We slept well and would stay here again. We toyed with the idea of staying at at hotel - not as close to downtown - and I'm so glad we opted to stay at Danny's place. Wonderful, quiet historic building close to everything!

We had a great stay in Frederick in this quaint, historic building. Lovely and clean space, quiet street just outside the main streets where you can find great bars and restaurants. Definitely within walking distance to downtown and parking was super convenient and easy. I would definitely stay here again- perfect for a couple.

I grew up in Montgomery County Maryland, moved to Frederick in 1999 for about 6 years and fell in love with the small town feel. I lived Southern California for 11 yrs and then moved to Hawaii, but always come back to visit Frederick. My home away from home. Have always loved the historic buildings in Frederick and I love restoring them back to their original beauty for others to enjoy.
I was in construction for about 15 yrs and loved the work, but didn't like the long hours. I walked away from construction and have been a full-time network marketer and real estate investor since the early 2000s. I got married in 2017 to an amazing woman and we decided to move to the Dallas area. My wife and I enjoy traveling around the world, exploring new places and learning about different cultures . Life is meant to be lived and have fun with the people you love!
I hope you enjoy our unique properties as much as we do.

I loved the quiet artsy street this house was on. I needed a lot of love. I knew it was a diamond in the rough. This property was completely renovated in 2018. It is walking distance to the canal and lots of restaurants and bars. Its so easy to get around from the house. The house is super cozy and feels very comfortable.The street is quiet but very colorful and artsy looking. Kinda tucked away in its own little area.

This house is totally brand new. Renovated down to the studs and super clean. The house is super close to downtown Frederick. If you have never been to Frederick before you are in for a treat! There are so many great restaurants, theaters, bars, and lots of shops to keep you busy. It really is the small town feel.
