Relax on the ocean-view patio with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ, or unwind by the fireplace after a day at the beach. Thoughtfully designed with luxury linens, designer finishes, curated artwork, and a fully stocked kitchen, the home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach gear—including bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, beach towels, a wagon, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys—is provided, along with central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, and garage plus driveway parking. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If any furniture has been moved, please return to original location.
No need to strip the sheets.
Return all surfboards/boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, bikes to proper storage in the garage. Rinse surfboards after use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $500. Minimum age to rent is 29.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
