Welcome to Homely Stay, your home away from home in a near the city center of Munich.

The studio faces the courtyard and is therefore very quiet. It`s the perfect place for a good rest after a long trip, an exciting day of sightseeing or a hard day at work.

Check-in is flexible, easy and keyless. Public parking is available around the house for a fee.

During your stay you will have the entire studio at your disposal, including your own bathroom. There are no shared rooms.

The access code will be sent before check-in. You will find detailed check-in instructions in our digital guest folder after your booking.

The neighborhood around the P1 Studio in Munich Haidhausen offers a variety of attractions. Nearby are the German Museum, the New Town Hall and a selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Other highlights such as Marienplatz, the Frauenkirche and the English Garden are also easily accessible.

The P1 Studio is less than 1 km from Munich East Train Station, which offers easy access to various train connections.

In addition, there are several bus stops in the immediate vicinity of the studio:

St.-Cajetan-Straße: This stop is only 100 m away and can be reached on foot in just 1 minute.

Kustermannpark: This stop is about 400 m away and can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

There is also the S-Bahn station St.-Martin-Straße, which is about 600 m away. This station offers connections to the S-Bahn lines S3 and S7. The walk from the bus stop to the studio takes about 7 minutes.

Prior to check-in, a digital check-in form must be completed for all arriving guests. This is mandatory. The security deposit is 200€.
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Violation of this rule will result in a flat fine of 200€.
