Formerly known as Brighter Outlook I, this popular beach retreat is now under new ownership and entering an exciting new chapter. Guests can already enjoy brand-new mattresses throughout the home, with additional updates and thoughtful improvements planned to enhance the guest experience while maintaining the spacious layout and coastal charm that returning visitors have come to love.



Located in the gated Dunes community, The Toasted Coconut I offers plenty of room for everyone to gather, relax, and make lasting memories. The open floor plan features multiple living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and comfortable dining areas ideal for family meals after a day at the beach.

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events. Exterior cameras monitor the outside of the property only. No interior cameras.



PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly, limit 1 small dog, 25 lbs max. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
