Modern Villa Golden Dream is located on the island of Brač in Sutivan. The island of Brač is known for many things, and some of its attractions are that its most famous beach Zlatni rat, due to weather conditions, often changes its shape. Also, it is an island that has its own airport, and there are as many as 116 churches that make it the most sacred island in the Mediterranean. Villa Golden Dream is an ideal choice for an escape from the hectic everyday life, so that you, your family, or a group of close friends can enjoy peace and quiet.



Villa Golden Dream was built in 2021 in a modern style of construction, has 180 m2 of living space, is fully air-conditioned, and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people. The villa has a sea view from two bedrooms upstairs and from the ground floor.



On the ground floor, there is a living room which contains a corner sofa, two armchairs, a TV and a coffee table. If necessary, the sofa can serve as an extra bed for a maximum of two people. Next to it, there is an exit to the outdoor terrace and a dining room with a dining table for eight people. The kitchen is modernly decorated and has everything you will need to prepare meals for the whole family. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, which also has access to the terrace.



On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, which have a terrace with seating, and you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea, drinking morning coffee.



The outdoor terrace offers the possibility of pleasant refreshment during the day or night in a heated pool of 45 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. The pool runs on an electrolysis system and has complete lighting. Next to it, there are 6 sun loungers, and an outdoor covered dining table, next to which is an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood. It is an ideal opportunity to prepare traditional meat or fish dishes.



The relaxation area is a lounge area by the pool that offers ample seating and a table so you can enjoy a cocktail during the hot summer days.



Additional amenities at the villa include a feeder, baby cot, washing machine, and iron.



Villa Golden Dream is a brand new decorated building, fenced, and has 3 private parking spaces inside the yard.



Some of the interesting things about the island of Brač are that its oldest settlement is called Škrip, and this is the place where you will get to know the long history of this beautiful island. The famous quarry, the Museum of the Island of Brač, and the church from the 18th century are just some of the locations that are definitely worth a visit. Also, the Blaća desert is one of the most fascinating scenes that will delight every visitor. It spreads over 56 hectares, in the area of Dragovod all the way to the bay of Blaća. Within the desert, there is a monastery consisting of a church dating from the 17th century, residential buildings, and an observatory and library. The monastery houses the second largest telescope in Europe.
